They should change their slogan from “ smile on every aisle “ to never smile/ help - The employees never help, just stare very awkwardly. Service sucks.

We came in around 12 pm and there was only one waitress and she told us it would be a while. And she told us it would be a minute and we have to put our order in fast because she was leaving at 1pm. She then proceeded to cuss loudly and slam stuff around the dining room. We told her we had a group of 5 coming in and she said "FIVE?" and rolled her eyes right in front of us and got us plastic cups for the fountain. I feel very uncomfortable here. Shame on management for allowing this behavior and letting this girl be this stressed out!

Worst Hy-vee market grille experience ever. Then I complain to the kitchen manager, Ashley; In a respectful way about how terrible our experience was and she was rude. I am a manager at a restaurant and I would never talk to my costumers the way she did me. It was not like I was rude or disrespectful in anyway to her. I didn't get an apology for how terrible it was. On top of getting nasty burnt burgers, we had waited over 30 minutes to recieve this food. I would not go back.
