Don’t get me you this store has great customer service. But these Cookies are super soggy. I like a little crunchy. But hey, it’s almost like they microwave their cookies.

The cookies were delicious. The downtown Des Moines location was great. The service was not good. The employees were out smoking when we got there. We had to wait for them to finish cigarette before we could order. They were not very friendly.

Went to try after seeing on IG that on the 1st day of summer, you'd get free ice cream. I was very surprised at how good the ice cream was, cookies n dream, very creamy and not too sweet. They don't have a lot of flavors to choose from but the ones they had all looked good. The cookies, matcha, m&m and confetti,were so yummy!! The matcha was my favorite and it was so good, especially warm. Would definitely recommend this place.
Over $40 and a 20% tip for a driver to leave them outside in the rain on the bench at the next door address. Cookies ended up cold and a couple were cooked very poorly and sent anyways.....

Went a few days ago and ended up back at the hotel before I realized I had been given the wrong cookies. I went back today to get it fixed and took my students as a celebration. The girl with green hair was hateful and disrespectful. We are here on an NSDA trip, and she was complaining about how busy they were. When it was mentioned that it was probably due to the tournament, she responded something to the effect of I don't care I already sprained my ankle and I don't want all these ppl here. My students and I felt very uncomfortable as she was so hateful. This is just a reminder that this tournament brings millions of dollars to businesses in Des Moines, and we are supposed to be back next year.

We walked in and and was greeted by the lady. First time ever being here. Cookies were fresh and delicious. Boxed up our order and away we went. Super great transaction. We will be back again.
