Bogus? Why does everyone else’s cookies look good on here and I get the struggle cookies. 80% of the cookie is chips. Can’t eat these.

Warm cookies delivered...nope. We had Insomnia deliver the cookies vs. the others (Uber, DoorDash, etc) because we thought Insomnia would keep the cookies warm like they advertise, so I pictured delivery with an insulated bag or something (like pizza). Cookies were also slightly undercooked, I'm guessing so they could get them out the door for delivery. Paid close to $35 for 12 cookies. This includes cookies price, tax, & delivery fee. Cookies are good but over priced. I mean if the cookies were awesome, baked perfect, came to your door warm as advertised, etc., then i wouldnt complain about the price or cookies being cold. We went classic and had chocolate chip and M&M.

Stood in the store for at least 20 minutes. The worst service I’ve ever had, anywhere! We walked out without purchasing anything. A customer/door-dasher in front of us asked for his two items to be put in boxes & the employee at the front handed him two boxes for him to box his own items! When I asked how long the wait would be I was told “I don’t know. I’m about to walk out.” This is the same guy that was mad about having no tips in the tip jar & made that known in front of the customers.

Just like many others I came by after 11 and they weren’t open. I called to double check their hours and it said they opened at 11. Either management needs to change their hours or they need to have employees who actually show up.

According to their website, they open at noon on Saturday. I got to the store at noon, but they weren't open. I waited until 12:30 and still not open. Went back to my car and called to see if they will be open today. No answer and the mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message. This is NOT how you run a business! I assume this is a franchise, but I wonder if the corporate office thinks this is a good way to run their business. I wouldn't think so. I'll go to Crumbl Cookies instead.
