Very convinced the employees can’t read at this location. We live near this location & eat here often. Every single time we have gone through the drive thru they have messed up our entire order, not a single time have we been able to just take it home & eat. You would think with how long you’re waiting on your food, they’d be making it correctly. Half the time they don’t listen to you while you’re inside to order & almost make it wrong inside too, till you correct it.

I come in only to watch a employee dragging a trash can around with gloves on, who then proceeds to reach into the bacon that's used for sandwiches with same garbage gloves to remove bacon and put fresh bacon on top.
I say I see why people randomly get sick from takeout. I told the manager to re watch the cameras so she can see what her employee did.

The last 3 times I have been here they have messed my food up. I do understand there a few more steps because I'm gluten free, 20 plus minutes to wait when there is no one else in the restaurant it ridiculous. This time the GM was in there and when I said something to her she got loud with me. Im tired of having to wait for the online orders to be filled first when I clearly order my food first. Then needs to be two stations.

I ordered thru the drive thru, my sandwich had mayo which I can not eat, I called and told them, Christine went above and beyond to make it right! Eli made me a new sandwich which was AMAZING! Christine is an awesome manager!

Super nice team! The manager on duty is so fun and keeps the store clean and running smoothly. The girl who made our sandwiches was so polite and cheerful. Very good experience and great sandwiches -- we'll be back!!
