We use a delivery app to get food from here often, it’s always great quality. I realize that delivery services can’t open your bag to see if it’s right but today I ordered my delivery and it was the completely wrong sandwich… I would’ve eaten it, but it had a few items on it that I just can’t stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know even though I know they can’t do anything since I went through a delivery service. The female answering the phone (manager?)...

I ordered a sandwich for carry out at lunch time today and when I arrived it was ready to go. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had not been to Jersey Mike's in over 7 years; not because I had a bad experience just because. But I will be back to this location, the sandwich was delicious! Keep up the good work!
