The staff at Jersey Mikes on Fleur in Des Moines is top notch. We eat there at least once per week for work, and even if they are slammed they get me in and out quick! Ive never had any problems with our orders, which we bring in on a sheet of paper and just hand to them-- so awesome! The staff always chat with me about random daily topics, and prepare the sandwiches perfectly! They are fast and efficient, and keep the counters super clan and tidy. We will continue coming back to this location, they have won our business for a LONG TIME!

Absolutely the best sub sandwiches in the world. I love Jersey Mike's and I'm so happy they opened a place on Fleur Drive in Des Moines. Now, they just need to put one on SE 14th Street on the Southside in Des Moines. They would make a killing. I went to Jimmy John's on SE 14th Street yesterday and there was NO comparison. Jersey Mike's is the best of any of them, PERIOD. Great staff, great sandwiches, great atmosphere. They are heads and shoulders above the competition. I never give compliments like this unless it is deserved and it's deserved. Solid, solid, solid. I love me Jersey Mike's!!! I truly don't get these one star reviews, that is just not the experience I have had. I don't know, maybe there were some people having a bad day, but it's just not been the case ever for me and I've been there a dozen times.

This is the second time I've been to this location and didn't get credit for my membership points. The first was in the drive through and today they rushed me to pay but when I wanted to get points for my purchase I was told it was too late. Skimpy with the onions and veggies. This is my last stop at the Fluer Drive location.
I'll drive to other side of town. This staff was rude and sloppy ...and I ordered a bowl!!!

I got off work and decided to try the new location. The food was just as amazing as the service. Jersey Mike's has never disappointed me. I had the big kahuna it's my go to especially when I'm in the mood for a touch of heat! The ladies that took care of me were awesome

I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's since before they came to Iowa. They do a great job offering a philly cheese steak that is authentic and has great flavor. I also like the unique drink options. My favorite thing about this particular location is that it's much closer to home for me and on a route I travel frequently. I love bringing the family here and enjoying the food and the atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring kids and they have great options for kids to order.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelc accessibility is not an issue here. Plenty of handicap parking and clear path to the register and restrooms.
