Unfortunately the last few times we have been they have not had enough staff to keep up. We waited for everything, then we watched our server cleaning tables while we waited for refills and while our food sat under a warmer for at least 15 min. The manager just stood around while our server tried to keep up. Then the food came cold. They had a bunch of excuses that didn't make anything better. Very unfortunate, This place could be awesome, when the food is warm it is good and for the cost the experience should be better.

I ordered the Gumbo. It came with a cornbread side. The gumbo was delicious, with tender, savory chicken and sausage. The cornbread was moist and buttery. Fully recommend!

Normally Jethros is a 10 out of 10. In from out of town and drove across town for this and was told after we were seated and asked that they will not be serving the full menu from now through February. Very disappointed but tried to make the best of it but then was informed that they also do not offer pulled chicken anymore. Worst meal and experience I’ve ever had with this restaurant. If the menu is going to change please update your website to reflect that so you don’t waste peoples time.
So me and my friend decided to go here to check the place out the service was great the waitress was amazing she was sweet and attentive The food however was a whole other story The barbecue pulled pork was dry the mac and cheese was bland and flavorless and the onion rings we're undercooked My friend got the same meal except he got fried pickle chips as an appetizer

Very upsetting experience. They came highly recommended. Food was ok not great. The worst part was the server messed up our charges on our card. I was told I was charged for the couple at my table and not my meal which was 26. They stated the reversed and fixed the charges. I get home check my card They charged me 5 different times for random charges that equally /rounded to 140 dollars. Mind you i had 26 dollars worth of food with drinks. I'm glad I'm not a local because I would never return. After messing up the charge the manager should have just refunded and sent us on the way instead I was charged 140 dollars. FRAUDULENT
