This was totally on me, I misread their menu…wasn’t aware of mayo being on the sandwich I ordered. They made me a new one from scratch and donated mine to the homeless. Come on people? Is this not the cream of the crop or what?

Due to high turn over rates with employees this location is hit and miss as to whether they will be open during posted hours. If they are open the quality of service is questionable. On my most recent visit there was one person being served before me after they left the staff went on break which was strange since I hadn't received my order. I said "excuse me" the server responded "What?!""I haven't gotten my food yet" "well I made it" "did you give it to the person who was before me?" "I don't know" at which point she finally got up from the table she was seated at to ask what I ordered and remake it. At no point was there an apology. In fact I was made to feel like the whole fiasco was somehow my fault. I received my food and offered my thanks and said have a good day. No response. I took my food back to work and was put off by the first bite. The bread was old and crusty which was strange since fresh bread is what Jimmy John's is built on. On top of the old bread was a lousy sandwich I didn't even finish it. Threw it out half eaten. Being that I was at work my time was limited so I spent the remainder of my shift hungry.Totally unsatisfied. I'm definitely taking a long long break from eating at Jimmy John's again.

Followed everyone's instructions and made sure to order online to pick up. Order went through, pickup time listed as ASAP. Went over there 15 minutes later and there wasn't a single person working inside. Called the phone and listened to it ring forever. Paid $13 for my meal and got nothing.

Burned bread. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful. Very poor quality of food. This crew is just lazy. Looking at the reviews this is not the first problem they've had... need to close this tragic store... JJ get a clue this is just bad for your brand.

Wish this location delivered to my work. I am only 2 miles away from this location and they refuse to deliver to me. This makes it challenging to order from them, especially when I'm trying to order something to eat between meetings.
