Awful. Staying at the Hilton - ordered “Freaky Fast” delivery. Gave a decent tip because I knew it was a Saturday afternoon and the weather was crappy. 45 minutes later I called the store to figure out where our food was. It still said “order received at store”…The young man who answered said that my food was ready but they “got swamped and they were trying to keep up.” I get that - but no updates until a text said that Uber was taking the delivery…and it went from 45 minutes to an hour… when I asked what could be done he said “well I don’t know what to tell you, your food is ready and they just aren’t picking it up. I just work here.” He was apathetic and rude. Then when we got the food, the unwich was a big pile of lettuce and toppings with next to zero effort to make it hand-held. They should’ve sent a fork to eat that thing. Super unimpressed.

It is my frist time to review service from restaurant. I wish there is below zero star to give to the customer service I got.A gentle man in the casher ,disrespectful and poor customer service. Hope the mangement help him with some extra training on customer service care.

I had ordered over $120 worth of food to be delivered to our hospital. The driver arrived early and then left the order on a table at the front door of a very busy hospital. Many people were in and out and could have taken whatever they wanted, as this is not monitored by anyone. He did not even give it to the receptionist who are only a few feet inside the door. Additionally, they did not give us everything we ordered and the sandwich did not have everything on it. When I called to speak to the manager, she became angry and raised her voice, saying, "There is no way he was that early. We only have 2 drivers and they have 11 other deliveries. She continued to tell me how this was my fault and that the driver did nothing wrong by leaving such a large order in a public place, unattended and he did not try calling again to notify me, even though he was there early. I am very disappointed, as we frequently ordered from this location. However, the service we received and the extremely unprofessional response of the manager has change our clinic's mind on order from them again.

Delivery, especially around the lunch hour is SLOWWWW. Ordered for 12:30 got it at 1:15pm. Also, they got rid of the kickin' ranch and now have Jalapeño ranch.....huge downgrade in my opinion.
Food good, staff is nice not too much lines, highly say with there fast workers it's good food to go or stay, love how they make my sandwich which I can include onions yum!
Vegetarian options: They got any choice which you can reject the meats on some, highly love but but they also have all mixs so I'd say to try this!
Kid-friendliness: Very much loved the space, and plenty of room for kids to roam and to keep eyes on, very warm on cold days and very cool on hot, I say go for it!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty of room and very much safe for use, though the doors are nit the staff will often help and the smiles show such human passion!
