I ordered my sandwich and got some BS message that Uber would deliver my sandwich. Nearly an hour later, still no sandwich and the shop is literally walking distance from my location. Absolutely disgusting. Will never order from this Jimmy John's again.

Pretty stale sandwich. I've eaten at various JJs plenty of times. This was a less than fair experience.
Bread was at least a day old, almost crunchy. Meat on Italian was not fresh, hard to fold into sandwich. Peppers were wrinkly.
Maybe I'll try again, but definitely not rushing back.

Not so freaky fast. Ordering from this location you almost need to order 2 hours before your lunch or your not eating lunch. Pathetic. This happens more than you'd think. I got a call saying my food would be delivered within minutes. We are going on 30 minutes of waiting from that call and as I write this i still have no food.

Tried the footlong Hunter meal .Roast beef toasted w/everything ,chips tea, and a cookie !!!! Downtown on the sculpture park on a nice day great local lunch place to go for out in the fresh air lunch.
Awful. Staying at the Hilton - ordered “Freaky Fast” delivery. Gave a decent tip because I knew it was a Saturday afternoon and the weather was crappy. 45 minutes later I called the store to figure out where our food was. It still said “order received at store”…The young man who answered said that my food was ready but they “got swamped and they were trying to keep up.” I get that - but no updates until a text said that Uber was taking the delivery…and it went from 45 minutes to an hour… when I asked what could be done he said “well I don’t know what to tell you, your food is ready and they just aren’t picking it up. I just work here.” He was apathetic and rude. Then when we got the food, the unwich was a big pile of lettuce and toppings with next to zero effort to make it hand-held. They should’ve sent a fork to eat that thing. Super unimpressed.

It is my frist time to review service from restaurant. I wish there is below zero star to give to the customer service I got.A gentle man in the casher ,disrespectful and poor customer service. Hope the mangement help him with some extra training on customer service care.
