Delivery, especially around the lunch hour is SLOWWWW. Ordered for 12:30 got it at 1:15pm. Also, they got rid of the kickin' ranch and now have Jalapeño ranch.....huge downgrade in my opinion.

Food good, staff is nice not too much lines, highly say with there fast workers it's good food to go or stay, love how they make my sandwich which I can include onions yum!Vegetarian options: They got any choice which you can reject the meats on some, highly love but but they also have all mixs so I'd say to try this!Kid-friendliness: Very much loved the space, and plenty of room for kids to roam and to keep eyes on, very warm on cold days and very cool on hot, I say go for it!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty of room and very much safe for use, though the doors are nit the staff will often help and the smiles show such human passion!

Delivery is TRASH at this location. Waited an hour 1/2 for a sandwich and I'm a block away. They should make you aware of how long it will take when ordering. I called to tell them to cancel the order because I know hungry and don't have anymore time to wait. The girl on the phone says "all good" no apology or anything. If you value your time don't order from here because I promise you THEY DONT! Still hungry and now no time to eat. GREAT JOB GUYS

I wanted to complement the extraordinary customer service that I received from employee at this location named Eddie Ortiz. When I arrived to pick up my order he made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the sandwiches before wrapping them. Making sure that the right amount of ingredients on each sandwich (ordered two), was correct. He was very friendly, and courteous from when I entered until I left. I wish other Jimmy John’s locations had employees like this, I have had bad experiences in the past, but Eddie gave me faith in Jimmy Johns once again. Keep up the great work Eddie!!
