Ordered online took almost an hour and the driver was unfriendly and forgot napkins I was unable to track the order because I diddnt make an account first so I was unaware if they were going to deliver it at all

Just waited in the drive thru at the speaker for 20 MINUTES! Definitely NOT freaky fast! Had to drive off and go to quick trip now ill be late getting back to work from my lunch break. Horrible experience.

6-17-25 Update on JJ: decided to give em another shot. This time I went inside for fear of the drive thru wait from last time. Things went much smoother ordered a #12 no tomatoes, extra avocado. They nailed it, got me out FAST, MUCH better experience.

Hours say 10:30 but they are regularly just starting to unlock doors and take drive thru orders at 11. Even with no customers inside, online orders are given priority and you'll be stuck in the drive thru behind 1 or 2 other cars who haven't ordered yet for half an hour.

In my experience, employees don't appear to wash their hands as after my last visit, the sandwich was served with 'hot peppers,' and a free smear of Norovirus. Poor food handling procedures and leading to food 'poisoning,' allegedly.

I placed the order through the jimmy johns app at 1:58PM. the order was put through Uber Eats unexpectedly. the order did not arrive until 3:00PM. i left delivery instructions, asking the driver to place the order inside our sunroom (we cant open the door otherwise). the driver argued with me until i came to the door, despite me asking him several times through the message system to please leave the order. this happens every time i order here. RIDICLOUS.
