We waited 25 minutes for an order. The 2 workers stated that they were working on a large delivery order and that their manager walked out and left them. We had to leave or we would be late for a school function. I asked for a refund because we could not wait any longer. I was told that they didn’t know how to process a refund and I would have to wait. The workers both said they were new and were struggling with making the orders because they didn’t have enough training. Worst Jimmy John’s ever! I do not recommend this location.

Love me some JJs but this location needs to A) Hire more people and B) keep more bread stocked. The last three times I've ordered from here the delivery time has gone over an hour. Not freaky fast or fresh.

I called the store and placed an order at 6 for delivery somehow my first order got stolen? I had the gps and watched someone sit in a random parking lot for 20 mins. I then get a call from jimmy johns asking if I got my order and I said no and they said someone picked it up but they will remake it. I think not even 4 minutes later get a text that my order is being delivered. I revived it missing my brownie after over and hour wait when I’m on my period and that’s the only thing I even wanted from there and the rest was for everyone else. I call them expecting them just to send me a brownie but no instead they charge my card for it now. And give me a credit like I’ll ever be back.

Just came in for my normal slim 5, their tasty salt and vinegar chips, and a drink. In and out in roughly 15 to 20 minutes all said and done. Seemed fine to me, can't speak for others. Have never had a bad experience here, but that's just me.

If you order drinks they have no drink holders and only have fountain drinks I asked for a phone number to call about it they said figure out the number your self and walked away I would say don't buy drinks since owner won't buy drink holders the one on se 14th and one on flyer Dr must be same owner the other ones carry them
