I got a sub around 8:30 and the man who made my sandwich I'm assuming was new. Big guy seemed rather unpleasant he kept making weird small talk I didn't respond bc I didn't know what the hell he was talking about about I'm assuming he was mad that I came in and he had to make it bc he smashed my sandwich as if he put all his weight on it. I've been eating jj for over ten years and I've never had my sub squashed like this. The vibe I got was former prisoner current meth head. will be avoiding

Not sure what jimmy johns on se 14th is doing, how is it 6 o clock and you don’t have ANY bread and expect us to wait 15 minutes for more. Poor management/ staff, just because we didn’t want any wheat bread or an unwich, he decided to then rudely wave us out of the drive through lane. Very unprofessional and lack of planning skills for the company. Definitely not a person I’d want to represent my company….

The gentleman who made my sandwich and answered the phone was super nice and understanding as for the driver, he should not be working. I ordered food at 539pm and I didn’t get my food until 625pm. I called and asked why it was taking so long and the gentleman was upset and said it should’ve arrived a while ago. Knowing he remembered my order must mean it wasn’t busy. Once the driver arrived he said “it was 40 minutes, I timed it”. But exactly, 40 minutes, with an attitude and I had 3 others with me that heard it also. The driver should not have that job if he’s going to slack and be disrespectful thinking him ‘keeping time’ of orders is okay. I was only 6 minutes from the store… disgusting and disrespectful.

Ordered from the place for delivery and guess what? They didn’t have drivers!! Lol don’t order from this place for delivery, now I’m waiting and HOPING I get my money back from them. They didn’t even bother calling to let me know they didn’t have drivers.

I order from this location quite frequently. Sometimes, it's pretty good. Good food, fast delivery, no issues. But I feel that more times it's just NOT. My order will be messed some way (forgot to add or remove something or not cut in half, and I ALWAYS ask for that). I can get over that. What I can't get my head around is the delivery. "Freaky Fast" HAHA! One time, it took an hour and a half from when the notification said it was out for delivery. Soggy sammie and a large root beer with about 3/4ths of ice melted. And I don't normally order at peak times. Recently, I can't even get delivery. The app tells me that it's not available. The only thing I can think of is they can't hold onto drivers, which sucks, but they need to maybe pay better or find better help. I'm a stay at home dad, and this order once a week is literally my peace. DO BETTER, please.

They were out of several types of breads and turkey so any sandwich with turkey they were out of. The restroom had a lot of water or I hope was water.
