This review is for the driver who helped my nephew find his way home. He was out walking the family dog checking out his new neighborhood. Just moved here from TX, he lost track of time/direction. He was fortunate enough to locate this Jimmy John’s driver who got him home safely. This is the reason for my 5 star review, Thank you again for your kindness!

I love jimmy johns and will probably keep ordering from jimmy johns. But the Merle Hay location is clearly having some problems. My last two orders have been missing items.

First I ordered a tuna sandwich that came with no tuna.

Second I ordered the new pita chips and hummus and didn't receive the hummus.

Seems like both of these situations could be fixed with a bit more concentration.

Had called to check on a order and asked about the delivery time and they said they don't deliver to a house that on maps is 5 min away from the store so i called the customer service and they said they do deliver to the address and then i called the store back and they still argued with me and told me they don't deliver to that address. whoever i talked to on the phone matt i believe was his name was rude and unapologetic and hung up multiply times -10/10 times would i recommend you eat at this jimmy johns they have no idea what's going on at their own store and how it operates and just all around appalling employee they have working the phones... do not eat here.

Freaky fast more like Freaky slow with a side of incompetence.

Ordered food an hour and a half ago every time I call and ask they say they are on their way. DO NOT order from this place they used to be good but now terrible. No wonder places are closing down nobody wants to work.

For a place that claims to be "freaky fast," it has taken over 2 hours for my sandwiches to be delivered! You've got good sandwiches that can't be denied. But, I live only a few blocks from your store. If I could walk, I'd order pick-up. But, sadly, I can not. This is ridiculous!!!

Whatever you do, DON’T get delivery. Took 90 mins for me to receive my order and my sandwich had maybe one slice of stretched out turkey and was missing the bacon it’s supposed to come with. Such a rip off. Had to also call after an hour and no update or food. Was told they were short staffed which I can understand but to wait that long and have my sandwich missing staple ingredients is beyond frustrating. I could understand if I customized it but this was a normal sandwich order.

I ordered delivery through the app tonight. More than a hour went by, and I called to see where it was. I was told my order was at the bottom of the list and it will be out soon.Another hour and a half went by and I called again to ask where my order was this time. I spoke to the general manager and told him I didn’t receive my order. He told me to check my front door. He said “My driver left it at your front door.” When I told him I hadn’t received it, he became rude. I asked for a refund and he told me that he can do it this one time, but the next time he won’t be able to refund me, all because I didn’t receive my food. The sad part is I order from this Jimmy Johns quite often, but after tonight I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Okay so I see the lack of meat is a PROBLEM at this location. My husband ordered a giant and got so much ingredients that it almost hid the fact he got one single slice of meat. Yall.. like see through one piece covering two inch. STRETCHED! The only thing my husband asked for was no tomatoes.. the sandwhich had lack of meat Xtra tomatoes ?DO NOT get the wrap, the jalapeños chicken is made with chicken SALAD.. not sliced, shredded or chuck...no..runny salad. So I voiced my grievances..to be told that this store was privately owned and may be going about things differently. The only GOOD thing about the visit was the cashier, he had a beautiful smile and warm embrace. He also didn't let whoever was glaring over his shoulder affect him.. great customer service HORRIBLE food.

It looks and feels like a Jimmy John’s but the service and food quality are severely lacking from JJ standards. I’d rather run up the road to the Johnston location where my order is always fresh and fast. I order the same sandwich every time and they either don’t read the special request or just don’t know how to make a simple sandwich.Today for instance, I asked for no tomato and add hot peppers. I got tomatoes and maybe 4 small pepper slices. I usually see a handful of peppers. I took two bites and couldn’t tell they even used peppers until I tore the whole thing apart to find them.
