Ordered mobile through the app. Took 45 minutes to deliver. Ordered a toasted sandwich and is completely cold. Would recommend picking up (as soon as you order so it isn't cold) versus ordering online.

Issues with delivering to my area, food is ok, but the service folks seem to have some kind of unspoken beef with me personally? I've never met them, but for some reason they don't like me when I go in or my neighborhood for delivery? Weird vibes all around.

Do not order delivery. I called after waiting an hour to check on my order (the app said it was out for delivery 30 min ago) and was told the driver had 6 other deliveries but would be there soon. I asked if they could comp my sandwich since it had been so long and was told they would. Called back again after waiting 20 more min and was told my order had been cancelled. I explained that was not what I had asked for and asked them how they could make it right. They said they could send the same sandwich out with their next delivery. When I said no due to concerns about the sandwich being out for an hour already, they hung up on me.

Shout-out to Michael at Jimmy John's on Merle Hay — Truly Outstanding!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize someone who genuinely made my day better. I walked into the Jimmy John’s on Merle Hay, and from the moment I stepped in, Michael made me feel so welcomed, seen, and appreciated.

He was very friendly, super helpful, and treated me with a level of care you just don’t see much anymore. Michael didn’t have to go the extra mile—but he chose to, and that’s what made all the difference. He made my experience the best it could be, and honestly, people like him are rare to come by in customer service nowadays.

This kind of energy and kindness deserves to be recognized. Michael should be known for how he treats people—with excellence, respect, and warmth. I truly hope the company sees what a gift he is to their team.

Shout-out to Michael and the whole store—you all are doing a great job, and it shows. Thank you again for such a positive and uplifting experience!

Got an order to go and waited a long time and neither of our sandwiches were what we ordered. I ordered a toasted sandwich and got a wrap my husband ordered roast beef on sliced bread and got turkey on French roll. Even after double checking on the bread they still got it wrong with answer if I forgot. Another employee standing around picking at her nails while there was no ice in the soda machine . Terrible.

Freakin slow and unfriendly. Oder through the app, stopped in to get the sandwhich 15 min layer and not ready. Was told rudely that they were working on all orders. Another couple said they had been waiting forn45 min for an app order. Waited 20 min more and left. Over an hour later called and canceled and was told the sandwiches had been ready for a long time and was told they would try and refund me.

What ever you do , do not order delivery from this store. It will take a minimum of 45-60 minutes to get it delivered. I’ve order a few times and it always takes almost an hour to get there. When you call they tell you there always busy but yet when you walk in there is nobody there. Definitely not freaky fast.

Some staff was very friendly and kind.

Walked into a dirty facility. Almost enough to walk out. Sandwich had not one, not two, but three pieces of hair. Didn’t bother telling anyone just threw it away and left.
