They got my damn sandwich wrong and I didn't know until I already left. I wanted only chicken but they put pork on it, which I don't even eat. What a waste of my damn money and time

My sandwich was wrong ask for Big John got all the way to work and it was a chicken sandwich took it back and the manger said I made it I know it's right. I said look at my receipt and look at the sandwich. Manger walked away after seeing her mistake didn't not ask to fix it gave me a refund and offer nothing. just said my my bad.

I’m not sure how or why anyone would grab this lettuce and think it was a good idea to put on any one’s sandwich, much less look at it and decide to keep it. Do better JJs.

Had to call this location because the se14th location didn't have bread.......... Order taker at this location struggled to place my order to the point I got put on hold. Ended up not ordering anything from either one.

Food is okay. Staff seems nice. This is the second time now I’ve asked for mayo on the side, and haven’t gotten it. Not sure the point of this option if they aren’t going to provide. Nothing worse than eating a dry sandwich.

This location is consistently slow with deliveries. My office is 3 minutes away but I couldn’t step away to pick it up myself so I ordered online and it took an HOUR to deliver. I understand being short staffed but communication would help a lot. At least call your customers and let them know what’s going on and give them the option to cancel if they want. I had to call twice myself to get update. The staff was sincere over the phone so I have no issues there but it’s just disappointing to pay so much for a sandwich and wait that long with no heads up.

I eat here 1-2 times a week for lunch. The staff always greets me with a smile and friendly hello. They always know my order by heart, which is always correct, and fast.

If you get delivery, it can sometimes take an extra 15-30 minutes, but that's to be expected at lunchtime downtown DSM.

If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would!

I'm a smart a$$ myself so I enjoy when things are taken over the top. However, just because I selected extra mayo doesn't mean I wanted to have a soggy sandwhich. Sandwich maker I appreciate that you take your job seriously but I won't forget to just get packets on the side next time. Well played. Thank goodness for the chips to soak up some of this chaos.

I called in to see if they could make a couple party boxes within an hour for a group event and the person who answered was so friendly and accommodating! When I went to pick up and needed tax exempt, they were all so friendly to figure it out, helpful and accommodating. Great service and food!

We order from this location every chance we get. Orders taken by phone, polite, courteous service. Orders are always labeled with names (important in a corporate setting) and delivery is ON TIME, every time. Love these guys. Thank you, you make our meetings flow with ease.
