We are from Phoenix (originally from Orange County, CA and Baltimore, MD) and in visiting Des Moines, IA, stopped into this gem. Great drinks, conversation and atmosphere. Will star this location for the next time we are out in Des Moines.

Wow the atmosphere here is amazing and the bartender was on point! Don't be afraid to ask for a drink suggestion.if you want a place to chill out, then head to juniper moon. the indoor and outdoor seating is amazing.I tried 4 different specialty bourbon drinks and they were all very unique and interesting.

Very cool craft cocktail bar. Not a huge bourbon selection but had a few very very nice pours available when I visited. Jason is fantastic and makes a great Sazerac. Highly recommend.

The bar is beautiful. The bartender/gm is so grouchy, I assume he puts spit in the simple syrup so everybody gets some.
