“We were pleasantly surprised by this KFC! We also find good food at KFC, but at this restaurant we also found fantastic customer service, a clean restaurant, and food that was ready almost before we ordered it! Can not recommend high enough. We legit have a new go to when we are in Des Moines!!!“
“This KFC was amazing service! I had ordered catering for thanksgiving. I got 50 pieces of chicken a gallon of mash potatoes and a gallon of Mac and cheese! It was roughly $220. I called a week and also a day ahead. The employees were very smooth and easy to work with. I asked to be ready around 11:45 and it was perfect timing! They had kept our food in the warmers and had it all prepared! They also provided sauces and made sure we were satisfied! I’m very happy to have ordered here, thanks to the team!!“
“Definitely stop at this KFC!I normally wouldn't stop at a KFC because the food is always old and dried out, but after reading other reviews that said they don't use hot holding units, I decided to stop at this one while on a cross-country drive. I'm glad I did, because the food was fresh and juicy, the way it used to be.“
