I have a two on service because even though there's almost always a problem, they usually fix it satisfactorily. This time though, I had three online orders to pick up. A worker came to window very accusatory and said door dash had picked up order already. It took quite a bit for manager to finally come over and give other two orders and ask me to pull up and wait for the other order. Fine. Well the wings are old and stale looking, and no ranch is asked for. I went in for ranch, they don't have anything done and now it's been over 10. Ok. It took 14 minutes. I'm done going here for a while at least.

The food is bad. Never again. The chicken tenders are actually small chicken nuggets with almost no breading on them. Bland and flavorless. I’m wondering if this is a fake KFC like all those fake Popeyes in Iowa. There is no way that this is a real KFC.

They are so rude and the lady that does drive-through with a long fingernails is rude and she does not know what she’s doing every time I come here she messes up my order. The manager is rude. It’s just gone downhill since the manager left two months ago.

I just have to say the service has went downhill since the manager left about two months ago the new manager, the larger lady she’s just not very friendly at all. The lady in the drive-through her nails are ridiculously too long. She could barely even give me any change because her nails are just too long and being in the food business I know that is a health code violation. There is a gentleman that usually works the window. He is very friendly if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t come back.
Had a pick up order and they couldn’t figure out where the order was. Workers were rude and couldn’t complete the order had a missing item.

all of my wings were raw, don’t even eat kfc but my daughter wanted it . Never again
Went to this location today and the potato wedges were hard old and cold don’t plan on returning what a waste of time 😡😡😡
They are always out of stuff and every time i go there always something wrong or some excuse don’t recommend going to this location. Better to drive to Popeyes.

Never got my biscuits for my 16 peace Mill and the chicken was really soggy when I called up to ask about it. The lady was very rude. I asked her to have the manager call me the next day. She said the manager was too busy to be calling me so I had to call up and speak to the manager, and then the manager said I had to pick up a replacement order at a certain time which I work so it could not work for me at the end of the day. I never got my biscuits. Never got my replacement. Chicken will never eat there again. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anybody

Service was okay but the lobby was hot, maybe 85° and it smelled funky, probably from the humidity and lack of ac though. Otherwise the chicken meal and drink that i ordered was correct and tasted great

Pulled up to the drive-through about 6 o’clock in the evening made my order proceeded to the window. The manager came over and said that they didn’t have any dark meat chicken available. Said it would be 15 minutes. I opted to wait. I also said I wanted to add some of those little fruit bites. They said they were out the attitude of the manager on duty was just like oh well no big deal and then 15 minutes later when I finally get my food the mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese were cold because I’m guessing it was sitting on the counter waiting for the chicken to get done and then they forgot my damn biscuits. My question is how do you run out of one of the main things that you serve right in the middle of dinner rush and have the manager not give a shit about it.
We were pleasantly surprised by this KFC! We also find good food at KFC, but at this restaurant we also found fantastic customer service, a clean restaurant, and food that was ready almost before we ordered it! Can not recommend high enough. We legit have a new go to when we are in Des Moines!!!
