The staff was really nice. I got a famous bowl. I haven't been here in a long time, and the food has simply gone downhill. I asked for my chicken to be on the side. I got 4 pieces. I only ate 1 due to the taste. Honestly, I won't be back it's not even good for a quick bite.

I literally jsut left the drive thru and got home to a chicken leg thre size of my pinky finger and gravy spilled everywhere and they forgot 3 biscuits like wtf is going on there. Never will be going back ridiculous.

Stopped in for a 12-piece the other day on my way home from running errands. Staff were courteous and helpful; let me have a seat after getting my food so I didn't have to stand in the cold too long waiting for the bus. Chicken was delicious, as usual.

The chicken is Superdry they change the breading. You can't order certain things online like coleslaw and then when you order it in there there's no flavor or juice it was really disappointing

When we arrived to "dine in" the restaurant was filthy. There were tables with food left over from other visitors. The drive thru person was sitting in the drive thru window. Another worker was sucking on a vape while preparing food. The store smelled like something had died in it. After they brought us the wrong order, twice, the food we got was definitely expired, dried out and not fit for consumption. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

My experiences are always adventurous at best. Order was only correct to about 65% asked for mashed potatoes got coleslaw, asked for extra crispy got original, only asked for strips got both biscuits and fries

E 12th & Euclid...Love the workers (drive thru), great food. Love their pot pies & the potato, corn, chicken bowl! Also LOVE that they are ALWAYS nice if they spot my dog in the car!

4**** 10/26/24 I ordered delivery. 1 crispy chicken breast, good. 12 pc nuggets, good and meaty, not a lot of breading. 10 pc cherry pie bites, they were a bit greasy.
(****) 9/27/24 I ordered delivery. My order was 10pc saucy Nuggets honey bbq and 1 chicken breast. The Nuggets were BOGO. They only let you choose 1 sauce for all 20 pcs. I would've liked to be able to choose 2 different sauces. I was surprised how meaty there were and good. The chicken breast was fresh and hot.
