Atmosphere only got 3 stars because it was so cold outside , i Ordered through the drive through. look if I had gone in It would have been better, food was awesome. This was on the north side of DM. They changed their baked bean recipe, now it's barbq style amazing, of coarse the mashed potato

Service was quick & quality was good. The staff make it impossible to leave more than 1 star. Unfriendly & disengaged are 2 words that come to mind when I think about the Euclid location. Ordered a small fry that were hot & surprisingly delicious! Serving size disappointing. Consisted of maybe 10 fries which just left me unsatisfied & irritated. Taking into account the poor customer service. Need to alter hiring process & train staff properly!

Tried the mobile app. I did not receive the requested Sauces for the Nuggets. Yes I selected them in the app. Received old microwaved, a couple three times, macaroni and cheese. The quality of food and details on orders are not taken seriously.

I understand the weather was bad out but when ur sign said 7pm u close n u get there at 6:15 they was close n the staff was rude it is a great place to eat but only during the day hours cause night people are
