For the past 5 Years this location has struggled and has been falling apart. You wait in line for 20 min to even order because they claim the headset is broke or not working so they can’t take orders at drive thru only at the window . Then they’re short staffed which is why I don’t get why the location isn’t shut down. Shut down build it back up with proper staff and equipment that works properly. .simple

First of all the cashier acted like he hated his life and it was inconviencing him to take our order. Then we got our food we asked for extra gravy and got potatoes with a drop of gravy took it back up to the cashier and nicely asked for the extra gravy that we were charged for. You would of thought I asked him to make the gravy from scratch and go buy the ingredients he was so rude and rolled his eyes,then when he handed it to me he said "there are you happy" I was dumfounded didn't even say anything we ate and left. I called the following morning June 5th at 11AM to speak to the manager on duty and he answers the phone saying "yeah" and I said is this the manager and he replies with "thats what I said" so i then asked for his name and he rudely said "why do you need my name" I replied so i know who im speaking with he then huffy "Joe" knowing full well that wasn't his real name I asked for his last name he refused to give it to me so I respectfully told him that is fine I will just call the District Manager which he teplied saying " go right ahead i don't care"and hung up on me. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting customer service and if that was an actual manager I spoke with he clearly needs fired or trained right how to treat customers with respect and learn what giving good customer service is because he clearly has no clue what it even is. Taco Bell/KFC is expensive fast food to buy and I spent $43.67 for 3 meals and then to be treated like that on top of it is absolutely unacceptable and as a business this type of behavior should not be tolerated. I wouldn't want this person representing my company at all.

Employees are great, friendly. Despite the health and safety complaints (which may have been addressed by now), my famous bowls have been quite good. This was the first KFC I ever ate at. Vibes are a bit weird though, probably also due to health and safety complaints

We stopped by to pick up a quick order and we were served very quickly. It was standard KFC food but it was decent. Caitlin, our server, even gave us a really good coupon that both saved us money and encouraged our return.

Went through the drive thru. I know I ordered a good amount of food but the staff was slow, an noticed at least 2 workers not doing anything, they have a sign that says low staff outside the window. But yet the staff working could at least work.
The food though was ok. Just mainly slow. So don't be in a rush to get going even through a drive thru.
Could be improved.

So the food was good but there are gnats everywhere and the bathroom omg it reeked so bad in there like a sewer pipe or something is busted toilets and everything were clean but the longer you was in there the worse the smell got. I got a fruit punch and a gnat came out of the nozzle and none of the metal pieces you put your cup on was clean. I love kfc so I won’t stop getting kfc but I’ll just have to go a little further away from home to get it because I will not be returning back to this location as it seems it has gone downhill on the inside
