Really need to watch what you are getting charged for at the KFC on Southwest 9th in Des Moines. Multiple times I've been up there and they tried to just add things to my order without asking that I didn't order. Today I was there they and they just added things and upsized my meal. I didn't order and charged me about double what I should have paid. And then when you call them to let them know what's happening they won't answer their phone. So now I guess I have to make a trip back up there.

Went to the one on SW 9th st in Des Moines. 20cars in the drive thru went in no one at the counter to take your order. This is NOT the first time this has happened. There were two people working!!! What’s up?

Their website has offers the store don't, but the website and their app gets stuck on loading a payment, it won't even let you attempt at adding it
They won't honor the deal at the store. Solution I don't spend any money there and take my business to somewhere without bait and switch tactics.

The food was the average run of the mill KFC. However, the wait was crazy and I was in the drive through. The employees were very professional and courteous.
KFC is always a pleasant experience for my family. We typically order online, in the app, and grab our food to go. The order has always been accurate and the staff members we interact with are always courteous and outgoing.
Parking: SW 9th St is busy so turning in and out can be a bit tedious. Just, be patient. The lot itself is not overly large, but there is adequate parking. We have never had to leave due to a lack of it anyhow.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking right at the front door with a ramp for wheelchair accessible entry into the restaurant.
Southside KFC is absolutely went downhill they constantly close early. They will even close early when they have a line of cars in the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous Don't advertise your open until 10:00 and then close at 9:00 EVERYDAY

Friend and I wrote our bikes.Throw over a mile to get to k f c and went to the driveway because there was no place to walk our bikes up. The center wouldn't pick us up so we went to the without apologizing The lady at the window said that she couldn't service because we were on bicycles. Now I want to know Why does she care that we are on bicycles We have cash we want food We can carry it However Instead of Acknowledging us and taking our order she Ignored us and took the person's order behind us. Then told us we had to come inside to order. Or had to go back around the building because she had already taken order from car behind us. NOT OUR PROBLEM. again...we were at your window and knocked on wi dow before you took there order and you chose to IGNORE US!!! We had a family of SIX to feed and because you were RUDE you lost that sale and we won't be back!! Shame on you. No wonder you're all going out of business!!!
