This KFC was amazing service! I had ordered catering for thanksgiving. I got 50 pieces of chicken a gallon of mash potatoes and a gallon of Mac and cheese! It was roughly $220. I called a week and also a day ahead. The employees were very smooth and easy to work with. I asked to be ready around 11:45 and it was perfect timing! They had kept our food in the warmers and had it all prepared! They also provided sauces and made sure we were satisfied! I’m very happy to have ordered here, thanks to the team!!

customer service was bad, lady getting our order had the worst attitude. she stuck her finger in one of our drinks and in the other, the guy pouring it was messing with it and squirting it out of the top through the lid? food was decent but otherwise i don't like coming here

Really need to watch what you are getting charged for at the KFC on Southwest 9th in Des Moines. Multiple times I've been up there and they tried to just add things to my order without asking that I didn't order. Today I was there they and they just added things and upsized my meal. I didn't order and charged me about double what I should have paid. And then when you call them to let them know what's happening they won't answer their phone. So now I guess I have to make a trip back up there.

Went to the one on SW 9th st in Des Moines. 20cars in the drive thru went in no one at the counter to take your order. This is NOT the first time this has happened. There were two people working!!! What’s up?

Their website has offers the store don't, but the website and their app gets stuck on loading a payment, it won't even let you attempt at adding it
They won't honor the deal at the store. Solution I don't spend any money there and take my business to somewhere without bait and switch tactics.
