Macarons were a little dry but were perfectly made and had excellent flavors. The croissants are delicious. Nothing is overly sweet and all very well made. Service was fast and everyone was kind. We will definitely be back.

First time here and was very impressed! A wide bakery selection and a good amount of brunch options I got a fruit tart and bacon egg and cheese croissant, both were super good. Definitely one of the best breakfast sandwiches Iāve had in Des Moines. Reasonably priced and super quick service. will be back!

Butter, butter & more butter. Everyone needs to exercise restraint when it comes to this place. I visit only once or twice per week and would go more often if I could. Breakfast, cappucino and pastries are outstanding. French cooking with butter, a la Julia Childās. They also sell Italian dishes for home that need a little bit extra salt and pepper for more of a flavor punch, but with authentic home type recipes that are healthier than your average big factory manufacturing
