Fruit nothing fresh !!!
Easily the best ice cream in Des Moines. I hope this place is around forever.
Most things are pretty good but their paletas de cajeta are lacking. They are some of the worst I've tried. Usually my favorite. They don't use real cajeta, they use caramel which is different.
Elote was juicy and good. Will be going back.
I brought some great homemade ice cream from those people. I speak Spanish so I thank them in Spanish. They got a kick out of it.
I walked in around 9:30 on Mother’s Day 5 girls at the stand doing different things each looked at me then looked away I stood there for 4 minutes waiting to be acknowledged hi anything nothing- I left threw the window I watched them look at each other and laugh.. it wasn’t a easy day and I just wanted a freakin ice cream- 0/10
They take so long to take people orders and the reason why they take so long it because they are always taking to each other and they don’t hurry up
March 15th we stopped in to treat our dolphins post day one of regional swimming 😋great ice cream and friendly staff

Can't comment on when the place is busy, but we make it there during their slower times and have never had any issues. The food is delicious, and there is a great selection of ice crram
This is in a predominately Latino strip mall so a lot of the staff don't speak much English but I can usually get by on hand gestures. The paletas (popsicles) are really good here! I usually get the "fresa con crema" which is strawberries and cream. They also do a lot of other novelty foods which I haven't tried yet, but they seem very popular! They also have hand-scooped ice cream but I'm not sure if it's made in-house or not. Apparently, that was very good and creamy!
