Le's Chinese Bar-B-Que is a hidden gem in town. Their General Tso's chicken is exceptional, and the BBQ duck and pork are out of this world. The pork is sold by the pound, and the duck can be bought by the half or whole. The quality of the food is amazing, with some calling it the best Chinese food they've ever tasted. The roast duck is flavorful and very authentic, and customers have enjoyed making it into Peking Duck if they have good knife skills. The menu is not very extensive, but dishes like lo mein and fried rice are comparable to those found on the East Coast. Despite a dilapidated parking lot, parking does not present a big problem. Overall, this restaurant offers great food and is a true treasure worth supporting.
