Tables are dirty. All of them! Cashiers breath smelled hot. Elderly couple needing help with an order were declined by management. Random customer helped them order from the kiosk. Location was not busy at all but customers were complaining they’d been waiting for more than twenty minutes for their order. This place was a real disappointment tonight. Someone (whomever was working tonight) should be ashamed of the entire evening. Will not come again.

While the food was fine itself, the drive thru was ridiculous. They were not super busy it was 2 pm and it took 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Once we finally got to the window, a young blonde male was extremely rude. He took my payment and I asked if the combo came with a drink and he said rudely No you didn’t order a drink then closed the window shut. After he handed us our food he waved and said bye have a good day, but with a smirk on his face. The whole experience was not polite and the wait was ridiculous.

Very poor service

Worst restaurant I have been to in years! Premade by at least a half hour on an online order! The cardboard box was so wet it was falling apart and the food was ONLY warm! Will NEVER STOP at a LJS ever again!!!!!

Went through the drive thru just for hush puppies I haven’t had for over 35 years! When you ask for one, they MEAN one! Got 2 and it was .96! Still very delicious, just like I remembered.

Ordered food in the drive thru. Richez was fast, quick, and polite. And as always the food is delicious. With the hush puppies being phenomenal !

Figured since they moved out of my town years ago and it was my birthday, I thought I'd love to have it again. WRONG!!! I ONLY give true reviews, when needed. Arrived 2o+ minutes early after ordering online and after waiting, in no line, 5+ minutes to see my order was already bagged up! So I decided to eat it there ONLY to find it had been bagged up so long the the cardboard was already water logged and falling apart! Didn't taste like I remembered and dirty table! I guarantee, I'll NEVER go back!!!
