Wait 10 mins and no one even came to get drink orders. I went and got some one 10 mins later still no one came out so we left. Also the patio chair we sat on was broken.

Food was good, but didn't have a lot of flavor without hot sauce (which had some good flavor & heat!). Waiter was nice, but forgetful and had to be reminded to bring things we requested (e.g. appetizer plates, hot sauce, etc.).

We came in during dinner rush and some how got lost in the hustle and bustle by the wait staff.
The manager Kolin/Colin noticed that we had been waiting unattended for a while and he took it upon himself to ensure that the rest of our evening went fantastic!

Service was extremely slow. Food was fine but high cost. Would not return based on the overall value.
Don’t go here for a business lunch if you have anything planned afterwards. It took almost an hour and half to get food to the table and most of seating empty

Went to Malo for the first time and had a pretty decent time. We were seated on the patio and it was cute. The service was nothing special, and the food was ok! I’m not much of a drinker, but I liked my passion fruit margarita a lot (I even finished it!) I think in the future, I would come to this establishment for drinks and skip on the food. They were really light with the onions which was disappointing. I spent $25.28 for everything. PS. look at that HUGE fork.

What a great experience! Especially after leaving a less than stellar restaurant before coming here. We were greeted warmly and promptly by the hostess and our server was on top of it!
Our appetizer came out in no time at all and our salads were delicious - flavorful, aesthetic, and the chicken and beef were cooked and seasoned to perfection! The greens were also fresh and crisp.
