Service was awful. Barely acknowledged by our server. Drinks tasted like they had very little alcohol in them in the food was not seasoned and just awful all around

DO NOT GO HERE AND USE YOUR CARD DO NOT DO IT Yeah food was good and it was clean and good vibes but when you pay with a debit card and you get your statement in the mail and you see you were charged the amount b4 the tip and the after tip and you go back and try to get your money back and manager looks at you like your stupid kinda pisses you off🤬 109.00 is alot to be over charged so watch your debit card, if you dare to use a card at all........will let my higher up people handle this one....1st time and last won't go back even if I get my money back....such a disappointment cuz the food and drinks was good.but NOT worth 230.00 for 2 plates and 2 drinks😔Manager will not respond 🤷♀️i see he responds to other post such a disappointment should be ashamed of yourself as an owner.

I was really excited to try this restaurant after seeing it all over social media, but the service was very disappointing. We were seated at the same time as another couple near us, and while their server greeted them right away, brought their drinks, and even served their food, no one ever came to our table—not even to ask for water or take our drink order. After sitting there for over 15 minutes completely ignored, it was really frustrating and upsetting. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Returning customer from when they were at the other establishment on 6th. We have always enjoyed the food and they do not skimp on portions. We came for dinner and stayed for the live band. My only complain is the beer was served at room temp. At least that is how mine was served to me. We did ask if we could get a cold/ icy beer which staff tried to accommodate but fell short. I love my beer cold and icy even if there is is a winter storm outside. Other than that, I definitely recommend.

I love seafood, but this time it was awful. When you oder seafood that is to be served cold. That will be my expectation. It was not the case, I order the coconut stuffed with seafood and it was served lukewarm not good. I told the waiter and the reply was, the kitchen is getting ready to close and that's the reason you got it that way!🫨🫨🫨🤯🤯🤯 I said great get my check and the server did. Also the establishment didn't even offer to make it right. I figured it's best to pay for it and not have a bigger bill if I ended up with food poisoning, if you know what I mean. Conclusion stay away, far, far away! Just saying 🙄
I think I just ordered the wrong dish, it was the seafood dish were they fill up a coconut. Not good and they were very understaffed.

No paper towels or soap in the bathrooms so how are the servers cleaning there hands bc I saw them use the same bathroom. Also the music was very loud and they kept playing drunk music and some guys at the bars where just being really load and drunk and obnoxious.

The food was delicious, hot in temperature like it should, had a little miscommunication in the beginning with my order but was fixed no harm done. As picky as I am eating in new restaurants I was impressed very much with my meal and appearance of my plate. The ingredients on the side salad looked very fresh not like left over salad ingredients from previous days,as picky of a person that I am my hats off to them. I gave 4 stars cause music was a little loud giving the atmosphere more of a bar and not a restaurant in my opinion nevertheless I will be going back thanks....

Ordered food half an hour ago only for me to ger there the food item i ordered was discontinued and never started until i got there with my receipt, if you plan on eating somewhere nice go elsewhere for a better experience
