Have came here a few times since my husband and I like their sushi rolls, went today and tried a new plate (Levanta Muertos) dish stated it came with Shrimp, Crab Legs, clams, oysters, crab meat, fish, mussels, and scallops. When we received our dish we told the waiter there were no Oysters or clams. He went and told the chef, chef said he put them there yet I told them they weren’t. They were insistent on that they were on the plate yet I told them to look at the plate and at the table there were no clam shells or oyster shells so we clearly didn’t get the oysters or clams. (Someone at our table got half a dozen oysters ate one there took the rest to go so there was one oyster shell but from a different plate.) The owner offered a refund for the (Levanta Muertos) when I went to pay the Chef came out and rudely threw the MUSSELS shells in the trash and said look there they are, yes the dish included mussels but that was not the issue the problem was there were no Oysters or Clams. Chef was rude and owner got snarky at the end. I’m not the type of person to make it a big deal but they were so insistent when they clearly did not have the Oysters or Clams.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a place. They messed my order up made me feel like it was my fault. Then when I asked why my side plate didn’t come beans she tried to tell me that’s what I’m getting even though the menu clearly state it comes with rice and beans on the side with a side of pico, sour cream and a salad. I will definitely never be returning. Rude waitress that definitely was unprofessional

They are cooking for "serta gente". Caro ceviche doesn't even look like ceviche. I ordered an expensive michelada that didn't even have clamato, but they charged clamato prices. After serving you they forget about you. I had to find someone to charge me. When you enter, look at the clientele and recognize that it is not for us.

The food was okay, however, the service was not the best. 3 of our 5 guests got their food, while the other 2 had to wait until the end to get their food. They mixed up our orders, the rice was dry, and we asked for bread but our server never brought it to us.
The environment was okay at best. The floors were slippery, some areas of the restaurant smelled like a wet rag or a dogs bed, and the AC wasn’t working on a really hot day.
The seafood is really good, but the service was questionable. If they improve on these issues then no doubt I’ll give them a better review.
