Came in because my partner was sick and wanted some deli food and I can’t even explain how amazing this woman was, she is an older, shorter women with glasses who worked the front. Her service was above and beyond. A genuine sweetheart to say the least! Hope her boss gives her a raise cause she deserves it!

This place gets lazier and more inconsistent every time I visit. At $17 for a sandwich and soup, do better. No hurry to go back. There’s better Deli’s around that are consistent and don’t have lazy employees.

I have NEVER experienced customer service like I did at this place. Heidi was amazing to me. It was my very first time trying Mcalister’s Deli, and I have never felt so welcomed and cared for like I did here. She only works on weekends and I’m only coming on weekends just so I can see her! Coming in and she acknowledges you right away with a smile and a greet. Thank you Heidi for making my experience for the first time most enjoyable and I will be seeing you again.

We decided to have an early dinner here instead of our regular location in west des moines and we we not disappointed Heidy received us with a friendly smile, she has great customer service skills made us feel at home, very attentive and super friendly and patient with all of our questions Will definitely come back to this location. (or the west both have great service)
