I ate lunch here on St. Paddy's Day, 2025. I had never been here before but I will definitely be back. First of all, they have Coke products, which is great for Diet Coke addicts like me, and I got a huge soda with FREE REFILLS. They even came to my table and got it for me. I ordered the "Choose 2" and got a club sandwich and loaded potato. Both were so delicious. Great meal. Delicious salted caramel chocolate cookie. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!!
Parking: There is a side door and we got a spot right by it. Super easy access for my friend who uses a walker.

DO you wanted to be treated with respect, enjoy amazing over-the-top customer service, fresh, really fresh food that tastes wonderful??? Go to McAlister's on Douglas, across from Merle Hay Mall to the south. We've never had a bad meal, bad service, or been ignored. Honestly, they give the BEST customer service in town. Their loaded baked potato is so satisfying. Their salads, good to the last bite if you can eat it all! I bet their sandwiches are good, but I don't eat sandwiches, although if I were tempted, it would have to be at McAlister's. I've only been to the Douglas location, but why would I go anywhere else when this one is practically perfect???????????

They try to serve things fresh They are consistent with quality in all there locations. I usually go to a late lunch here it seems to.be less crowded and parking is easier. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Remember they're busy because they're good. Staff have always tried to make sure I am happy I usually get a half salad half sandwich. The restrooms were clean and well.stocked. They make a real effort.to make sure the tables are clean and ready to go

10/29/24 I ordered delivery. My order was McAlister's wrap, side of broccoli cheese soup and carrot cake for dessert.The carrot cake was Heavenly good. This is my 1st time to try this place and I will definitely order again. First the food was all freshly made and very delicious. I like that they take pride in the quality of food and service. They put plasticwrap around the soup container in case it should spill. Everything was packaged tight and carefully handled. There are several items to try on their menu, so I will definitely order again. Hat's off to the manager and staff doing a great job.
