Absolute nightmare for gluten free orders in a group. No labeling, no nothing. I had to skip out after paying $20 for my meal. I did get my cucumber/tomato salad though, which had an interesting chemical smell.Dietary restrictions: No attention to detail. This will be a waste of your money. Run!

We started out as a group of 5 adults and 1 18 month old headed to the Deli. Celebrating our son’s birthday, all of our other kids quickly joined in so our party of 5 1/2 became 10 1/2 really quickly.We went in around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon.The staff was incredible and with it being our first time, everything from the arrival, entry, ordering, eating and finishing up was a first.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be back.We ordered several things but were so busy visiting and eating we all forgot to get photos.Chicken tortilla soup, chili, huge various spuds, several deli sandwiches, kids pizza, macaroni, cheesecake and cookies/brownies. Strawberry tea, unsweetened tea….everything was a thumbs up and given a 10. The Cuban Sandwich could have had a little bit less mustard but honestly it was good.Thank you to all who took orders, cooked and prepped the food, the staff who brought our food out and who cleared the tables while also asking if we’d like refills-thank you!!!Your establishment would make a great model of what people want when they’re spending $$ for a good meal and good experience all around.
Wonderful Reuben Sandwich. Hard to find one piled high and tasty. Recommend for sure. Well worth the money.

if you happen to eat at this mcallisters location, you should hope and pray heidi is working that day. she is the kindest and most cheerful cashier you will meet this side of the equator. to be frank the food was average but the service made a little sunday lunch such a memorable experience for me and my boyfriendheidi if you’re reading this thank you, you are an angel❤️

A lot of times I forget this place exists. My girlfriend dragged me here however it was a nice experience. I got a New Yorker. I will say I'm not used to the massive amount of meat that was on the sandwich. It was very good but I almost would have preferred another slice of bread ?. The place didn't have any business when we were there so the food was served super fast. Let's place did remind me how other restaurants over feed you to a massive degree. Because when I was done I felt satisfied versus absolutely full.

The line at McAlister's today was almost out the door. Only one person was working the front, taking orders, filling orders and taking payments. A few people were in the back, one noticeably standing around doing nothing (bright dyed red hair).I ordered pickup, I didn't expect to have to stand in line for over 25 minutes..... That's why I ordered ahead.It's holiday season on a saturday... Please have adequate staffing.

Good for a quick lunch or lighter meal. The service really slows down when they start to get even a little busy. My takeout orders are no longer available for pickup and last time I went to pickup the manager had to "search" for my order while I stood there. Not sure why they thought it was a good idea to start hiding people's pickup orders but absolutely defeats the purpose of that service.

Love McAlister's Deli! Food made to order, fresh and delicious. Their prices have gone up some since my last visit I noticed, bur everything has. Restaurant is clean, bright, staff very helpful and polite! Great customer service.
