Night staff were extremely rude starting out saying “you can order” in an annoyed voice as soon as I pulled up. At the window to pay staff didn’t even acknowledge me and instead talked to other staff saying “I’m ‘bout done with this. It’s time to clock out.” Handed my my change then slammed the window shut. Staff at next window were no better with the staff member saying “here” as soon as he stuck my food/drink out of the window also slamming it shut afterwards. Fries were cold and soggy and that was the first time I had a crunchy, cold and stale hamburger like it had sat out all day. This place never fails to lower my expectations. Every time I feel service and food it rock bottom I seems on the next visit they started to dig lower. You are much better off driving 5 minutes to the next store by 80/35.

I ordered a Big Mac meal online like I do a lot. I of course spent an extra $13 to get the darn thing delivered. It gets here nice and early and everything looks good until I look at the sandwich. I am missing a slice of cheese and I paid 50 cents extra for extra mac sauce, but I swear I didn't get the extra squirt. They have finally lost my business for good.

The burger came in a nasty wrapper with food all over it. Fries cold and like no salt. Sweet tea was not sweet. I also ordered ketchup and honey but got none.

Apparently, for a place with a play place for kids, men aren’t supposed to have any kids that need to have their diapers changed. The men’s room does not have a fold out changing table for babies/kids but has PLENTY of room for one.
Went through drive-through for breakfast ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes waited a good five minutes in line before I got my food return home and didn’t have any scrambled eggs. I guess the other reviews are right that you can’t get an order right?

Went into the drive thru and tried to order. They kept walking off and helping another person and would ask repeatedly if we had a mobile order even though we had a partial order on the screen. Still would not finish the order.

Went back today 12/5/25- they still are awful at their jobs. Took forever. They always do! Food wasn’t even warm, also they are usually out of sauces or something you want to order.

Good customer service, fast, efficient, food was hot , drink was cold, dining room was clean.
It's a good McDonald's. But the prices? Does Ronald know we're having economic struggles? This is the time to lower prices! And I'm not talking about a few value meals with 4 nuggets a flat cheeseburger and don't sell strips at a typical restaurant
Face it, your McDonald's nobody is going there especially for strips that are not great anyway.
Stick to watch you know and lower all prices you will almost double your profits
