Went back today 12/5/25- they still are awful at their jobs. Took forever. They always do! Food wasn’t even warm, also they are usually out of sauces or something you want to order.

Good customer service, fast, efficient, food was hot , drink was cold, dining room was clean. It's a good McDonald's. But the prices? Does Ronald know we're having economic struggles? This is the time to lower prices! And I'm not talking about a few value meals with 4 nuggets a flat cheeseburger and don't sell strips at a typical restaurant Face it, your McDonald's nobody is going there especially for strips that are not great anyway. Stick to watch you know and lower all prices you will almost double your profits

This place is SO filthy, and there doesn't seem to be a CARE in the world for anyone working to do a thing about it. Every table has soda spilt and dried on it, there isn't one clean spot on any tables nor the floor. And I am watching the workers not give thought about any of it.

This is one of the very few McDonald’s with a play area. It is very clean however the play area rooms air conditioning is broken and management told us they have reported this and were told it won’t be fixed. I find that hard to believe because it is hazardously hot in this play area and a ripped off thermostat from the wall and a giant flat screen tv on the wall. It is a waste and so sad to see such a nice new clean area not be used
While the staff were helpful and nice, the food took forever to get to our table. They forgot straws for the drinks and spoon for the ice-cream, which was half melted hy the time it got to us. However, when I asked for some the employees were pleasant. The drinks station and Play Place were messy. The women's restroom was trashed, messy, and one toilet was completely packed with paper that no one was taking care of.

So i ordered a double bacon qpc and i was eating it watching tv and i looked at the burger and one of them is severely undercooked this is gross im still worried im gonna get food poisoning. Wish i looked sooner. Unacceptable
