Only car in line, shouldn’t be hard to get the order right. When we pulled up to the payment window, they had a 10 piece nugget on my order when I didn’t ask for nuggets at all. Get to the second window and they ask me to pull up to the 3rd after giving me my drinks. Only about 5 minutes. I should’ve checked the bag before I left. Now I’m home and have no fries. This isn’t the first time this store has shown basic lack of ability to do their job

I used to prefer this McDonalds. Ordered two double cheese burgers. Food handed to me was cold. I asked if I could have fresh food, which I was then told it was fresh. Then, they took the food back inside and told us to pull forward. At the front of the store they brought the same cold food back out to us stating, “that’s fresh food, i said it’s fresh cuz it’s fresh.” Yikes. It’s too much to ask for hot food at this McDonald’s. Take your business elsewhere.

Long waits! Always not enough staff. Sometimes you will see managers just walking around, not even cleaning or greeting.
Ordered from the drive thru. Order #37. Ordered a 20 piece and only got 14 nuggets. Asked for a PLAIN Double quarter pounder and didn’t come plain, the receipt actually said “add mayonnaise, only mustard, only pickle, only American cheese” . Went here on my lunch and did not have time to go back.

This place is an absolute pile of garbage. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life going to McDonald’s. The whole staff is absolutely terrible. Waited 30 min in the drive thru. The guy in the window talked really quiet and I said my order and waited 3 minutes to “okay next window “ the guy never talked to me just took my card and the lady who gave me my food 30 minutes later said nothing to me. Absolute scum of a people bottom of the barrel
