It is blatantly obvious the owners of this McDonald's DO NOT CARE about their customers! Drive thru employees are ALWAYS rude. Is it that difficult to be respectful and friendly? It's not, because I've worked the same position, and I did an excellent job, and I was ALWAYS friendly. Why is it so hard to be nice? Your employees need to change their attitude.

This location should be CLOSED.

02/14/25 they insulted my downsydrome brother and insulted him because he has trouble talking on the microphone. There was spit in the food and what he got was unedible the drive thru person was yelling at other employees and obviously mad. I will be reporting to corporate

i use the mobile app so it's a quick trip ya don't really have to even stop at the first window unless you want a receipt.. but the lady's who work in the morning are all super nice and have the best attitudes.. my food is almost always ready as I drive up to the window and is hot and fresh. this used to be the only place I got oj, but not anymore. i don't know what they changed or did but it's awful, does anyone think this also...

We came here late at night after a night out im very understanding with customer service but this lady was just on one, we order and told her we had two orders she immediately got an attitude about how she was there all alone and was working both lanes so only one order per car which i understand but she was not the only one there that is never the case at any McDonald’s i have ever been too especially at night time. And we dont deserve any attitude. But we just made it all one order instead and as i was ordering she interrupts me and goes “this is why we only do one order” (made absolutely no sense bc i was trying to figure out what i wanted) i get nights can be busy and hard but that is not your customers problem. I think that cashier/ drive thru lady needs a serious attitude check.

I’m not really trying to be a “Karen” or anything. Mistakes happen, I definitely understand working a fast food type of place myself. But when I work I always try to be as nice as I can. Me & my boyfriend went here a few days ago, but we had called before hand to make sure they were open (some things on websites say they’re open until a certain time when they were not, just wanted to clarify.)

& the lady who answered was yelling into the phone, I was just like whatever you know, maybe it’s just loud, when I got there, a different girl in the drive thru was extremely rude. We had two separate orders, we said that before hand, she cut us off while talking to say she won’t accept two different orders & that we either had to do one, or drive back around.

I’m like there’s literally no point in going back around, so we ended up having to pay cash & card, we had enough money, but the issue was I was getting food for my mom as well. Then when we were talking, telling her what we wanted she rudely cut us off again to tell us they didn’t have the thing we asked for, we weren’t talking super fast, so she easily (and politely) could’ve said they couldn’t sell that item after midnight, when we were done speaking.

When we got to the window she was just kind of snobby and rude. My mom wasn’t happy either because she HATES when her meat is pink, for me, I think it’s fine but she doesn’t like it, just her preference, and all of our sandwiches were super pink, like not even a little, they kind of were just lazy about it & you could tell they put no effort in making the sandwich, other than all of that, this place isn’t completely bad. They just need respect, and to cook properly.

I’ll visit a different McDonald’s or fast food joint next time. We ordered curbside, the person who brought us our food didn’t say a word to me until I thanked her. What the hell happened to common courtesy and customer service?!

Parking: Parking lot was a mess. A lot of pedestrians walking through the lot.

Kid-friendliness: I’d rather not take my children to this location.

Terrible. I asked for a dr.pepper, and they gave me diet coke. Then I asked for extra fries instead of the apples in the happy meal, and they gave me the apples. Do not recommend.

can here for food and doordash was new to doordashing so didn’t know how to work app well, was told “oh my god” and the guy pressed the button on my phone for me when i was unsure what he was asking.

Not 24 hrs at 601 university . However , it should be noted that the McDonald’s app still allowed me to order after hours . Someone needs to change the hours so I don’t see people keep coming in after hours . It’s stupid no one has done anything about it and I’m surprised the workers haven’t said anything about it for this long .

I went there last night 11/22/24 ordered a total of 7 items. It was around 11pm just turned. I got to the driver through took em 5 minutes before saying anything to me. Proceed to give my order, she tells me window one for payment. I stopped at window 1 waited for 2 minutes and nothing proceeded to 2nd window. Arrived at 2nd window and 4 people standing there talking see me say nothing at all. Female from window one yells ayyy at me to come back and pay. I reverse pay she doesn’t apologize for not being there the first time. She proceeds having conversations with coworkers over the mics. I arrived at 2nd window for food gentleman hands me the wrong drink then tells me to wait at picnic tables for food. They had over 6 people in the building and the service given was not at all great.

I frequent this McDonald's quite a bit, but i fear service at this location has gone downhill over the past couple of months. I just stopped through tonight, the girl at the pay window walked off after giving me my card back, so i couldn't ask for the receipt that she didn't give me. When we reached the second window, we could year yelling in the kitchen. Not sure what that was about. I ordered 3 large fries & only recieved 2, & due to not having a receipt because i wasn't given one, i can't go back & get the one i wasn't given, or even check to see if they rang up all 3 fries. I don't know if I'll be visiting here again any time soon.
