Nothing like getting yelled at by two McDonald's employees for ignoring me!! I ordered a coffee through the mobile app and accidentally put drive-thru instead of inside. I go inside and I finally get the attention of a young man taking drive-thru orders. I explain the situation to him and he doesn't say anything to me he just turns and walks back to the corner grab some food and brings out to somebody else He does this twice. Finally a manager comes up to me cuz I'm standing at the counter looking expectantly and I explain to him what's going on and he's like whoa whoa whoa hold on just a second..... He interrupted me and didn't allow me to explain before he just jumped all over my ass. Then I had to stand there and argue with the kid who claimed he told me he was telling someone but he didn't tell me shit!

Order McDonald’s everyday for breakfast started ordering here instead of my normal location because it’s cheaper in the app but the lady that hands out food at 5am on the weekdays needs retraining doesn’t know how to make a coffee right even when you pay for extra and when you let her know she’s the only one that makes it like that and that it doesn’t taste right she’s rude about it and closes the window awful service sad part is she’s probably the manager ☠️

The new Grand Mac is not much bigger than a Big Mac. Underwhelming. Fries were not hot. Not a good value for the quality. The toppings were about the same amount and the cheese was the same sized. The only notable diffrence was the bun. Everything else was slapped together.
Very positive people here who take their job seriously, I view it as they care about their customers. I always get my fries fresh and food hot with a quick time. I only trust this McDonald's.

WHY CAN I NOT ORDER LUNCH AT 10:30 ON SATURDAY LIKE THE REST OF THE WEEK? Half the time the app dosen't even work right for this store. Quality and speed has gone down since they have remodeled and added a 2nd drive thru. Need order takers that can get the orders right.

Ordered Spicy McChicken (4b) and wasn't cooked properly. Tried to return items within 15 minutes of buying them (drive through) and wasn't given a refund or replacement. Disgusting.
