Every time I visit this store, drive thru or lobby everyone is very friendly. I get my food fast and my order is always correct! BestMc Donalds in Des Moinesfor sure!!!!!
Went through drive thru at about 1030 on 11/30 they forgot our chicken nuggets so I called. Mark informed me if I didn't come back to get them there was nothing they could do. No refund, no coupon, no pick them up tomorrow. Then he hung up on me. I'll for sure contact corporate.

I tried to use a reward from my app. One of the employees typed it in and I got a verification notification. She typed something in wrong and then asked me for another code. The app only lets someone pull a code up once every 15 minutes. Instead of helping me get my food, they gaslit me saying I did something wrong with the app and that it is “not their problem”. Will be driving 10 minutes to a different location from here on out
