Rude employees. I waited 15 minutes for my food only to find out it was sitting on their prep counter waiting to be bagged. The chicken patty they used was also definitely on a warmer for a considerable amount of time(it was hard and chewy). The tables were all filthy and the kiosks didn’t even give a receipt. This location needs better management.

Was not able to order everything i wanted was rushed at the spreaker person at window was yelling at other people. Person at 2nd window yelled at me to take my food and threw the bag at me and almost threw my drinks at me very bad attitudes at this location have been going here for years. Not good at all. Do better

They messed up and refused to fix it bc I had placed a mobile order and couldn't come back to return the messed up food I offered to send pictures but nothing was offered to fix it

Horrible service i ordered my breakfast literally pre ordered at 10am but the cars in front took forever so we got to the order station at 10:31am and said they couldn't give us our order because break fast was over? I pre ordered wouldnt have they made it when receiving the order then I explained i was there but the cars in front took forever and I got attitude. The mcdonalds on fleur would never

Drive thru line took forever with just one person in front of me and they ruined my kids' hamburger happy meals with how they seasoned the burgers...never coming back to this location.

I haven’t stopped at a McDonalds in years and I am sorry that I did today. Cheese burger is warm not hot, French fries are cold and hard with very little salt and the prices are ridiculous , will not be making this mistake again!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location sucks. They NEVER get the order correct and the food quality here is TERRIBLE. I didn’t think McDonalds could get worse and then they proved me wrong. The meat and buns are so hard they are like hockey pucks. Went to get it replaced and the replacement that was “fresh” was even worse. The only thing fresh was the fries after the remake which was decent at least. The manager admitted the people who work the kitchen like to keep meat longer than they should. That she would have a talk with them. Terrible location. LAZY STAFF.

Honestly my least favorite McDonalds to eat at currently. Food is mediocre at best probably not much worse than other mcdonald’s but certainly nothing special, especially for generally how slow this mcdonald’s is. Dinner hour? Good luck getting your food, because unfortunately everyone else on the east side had the same idea and for some reason and everyday the mcdonald’s is always never ready for the rush. Honestly wouldnt stop here with the AW being right next to it, a really good subway on the same street, and a good taco johns just up the street. If you absolutely needed food though they will get it done it just won’t be timely.
