They have one job to do, and yet it seems impossible. I ordered one sandwich, and one order of fries. I got a bag with two sandwiches and two fries. It took seventeen minutes to resolve the problem. WHY did they forget my order? How did they do that between paying for it and waiting on it?

Horrible experience. My brother was humiliated.
I'm absolutely disgusted by the way my brother, who has Down syndrome, was treated at this McDonald's. We were just trying to grab a quick lunch, and the staff's behavior was appalling.
They were making fun of him, mimicking his speech, and laughing behind their hands. It was clear they were mocking him. I tried to say something, but they just shrugged it off.
This isn't just about bad customer service. It's about basic human decency. My brother deserves to be treated with respect, just like anyone else. This McDonald's needs to do better. They need to train their employees on how to treat people with disabilities with kindness and understanding.
I won't be back, and I urge others to take their business elsewhere.

It’s funny, every time I use my earned points to get food for either me or the little, it always is halfA or re cooked or just thrown in the bag old af tasting awful. I’m assuming bc it’s bc “I didn’t pay for anything”
Never going to McDonald’s again I can’t trust the quality of the food anymore! Everyone is so eager to get the customer gone they don’t do their jobs correctly.

I went in to get a meal replaced over an issue I had taken to corporate. Mgmt. Was rude and stand offish. Asked me to prove my screen shot came from an Email. Then questioned the Email from Mcdonalds customer care as if it were fake. I walked out. I'm not working that hard for a meal replacement. That was the first time I've had an issue like that.
Originally I had a chicken sandwich and it was sort of like rubber.. not edible.

They were polite in the apple pies have been much better they're not burnt every time I go there like they used to be and the french fries are a little better still a lot of sharp ends on them but they're more edible nowadays and it pops always good and for the right price

Ordered food on the app, I pulled into the parking lot pulled over and ordered so I could use my coupons and then got in the drive-through to pick It up and there were two or three cars ahead of me that had pulled up to the drive-through and then left and I waited a couple minutes for someone to say something and he told me they were completely out of food and then mumbled something about two minutes. Asked what I should do because I ordered on the app and he said I’d have to just cancel it which takes 1-7 business days.

I had to go into the restaurant because I sat in one drive thru lane and watched two cars go through the other one. I then said hello several times with no response. I went in and ordered through the kiosk, and when my food came my burger looked like they had thrown it together from across the room. Luckily, I was saved the time trying to talk to anybody about it, because the manager was the one who gave me my food. They threw the bag up on the counter and went on with the next customer, so I had to wait there for another couple of minutes to ask for our napkins, ketchup, and salt. As a cherry on top, the burger was also cold. So, basically, it was your average trip to McDonald's. They do not disappoint.

As usual with mcdonalds it can go either way, but lately at this location I've been having issues ordering because I can't hear the person over the speaker and it's made ordering difficult. And today it messed up my order and somehow they thought I wanted twice as much food as I ordered, I had to get a refund because I pay on the app and didn't get a chance to dispute it. They were quick about fixing the problem but not hearing the drive through people and having to take the time to hold the line and get a refund was very frustrating.

I got the $5 meal and they forgot my mcchicken. How do you forget the literal centerpiece of the meal? Genuinely how? I’m so curious as to how. It’s literally the only sandwich in the entire bag. How.
McDonald’s food is what it is but service wise, this is the best McDonald’s in Des Moines.
