Asked for 2 large meals, got 2 mediums. Went in and told them this and said I was willing to pay the charge for the large meals and the employee just walked away from me without helping me in any way. Lady at the window was also incredibly rude and not helpful. Horrible service all around.

Drove through at 7:30pm and all the food ordered was cold. Even thou I had spent extra 15min waiting for it. What exactly was I waiting for? Extra cold food?

This McDonald’s has some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The manager on duty a heavyset male who spent most of the time disappearing instead of managing allowed employees to do whatever they wanted and offered zero support or accountability. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. When it finally came out, the fries were cold and stale, and several items were missing. The cashier on duty, a young woman with a long ponytail who did not have a name tag, was extremely rude. When I pointed out the missing items, she avoided me and then threw the items onto the counter without saying a word.
