Prices are higj. When I order the same thing a couple times a week and often I am charged different amounts. When I order a burger, fries and drink, some drinks cost more but they dont tell you when your ordering.

The food is a fifty fifty chance of being cooked well and not cold stale or something old that's been sitting in the bins . They are often out of multiple items quite regularly. The staff is fifty fifty chance you'll get a friendly helpful smile or a completely zoned out worker who barely pays you the customer any care or attention from order to check out. Often times you just get your food handed off to you without the worker even looking you in the eyes. Not a very friendly atmosphere around 50 percent of the time and same for quality of food if they have it in stock and that's during normal middle of the day hours not at a time when you'd expect it like closing time or late night when they are supposed to have li. Garbage double quarter ponder is cold and tbe cheese isnt even melted taste like a burger i bout last night and put in the fridge will never go back to that location taste like GARBAGE

The listening skills of these people are outrageously stupid. Yesterday I came to the drive through.I ordered a number 3, but I told them 5 times no sausage.I want bacon and orange juice for the drink. The girl repeated five times you want bacon on top of the sausage I said, no, this is the fifth time.Then a gentleman got on and he asked, do you want bacon on top of the sausage?I said , forget it , you guys are a joke and I drove off. A flight attendant sister of mine was on my car phone , and she could overhear the entire situation. Train these people to open their ears before they open their mouth!

Kiosk never prints receipt, if your eating in it takes way to long to get your food. And the staff are so busy trying to keep up they can't even help you much and it takes multiple tries to get something if you need it. They almost ignore the front, and favor the drive through.

The worst McDonald’s in the Des Moines Metro. You never get good fries. They’re either soggy or were pulled out way too early. Missing items here and there. They’re just bad at what they do. It might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I told them they forgot my fries and they said what size I said I’m pretty sure medium because I got the meal which I kept repeating to them and they gave me the small ones and I said I paid for medium ones she said I didn’t say it was a meal I said yes I did like 3 times and she said can you give me back the small fries and i gave them back to her even though i know they’re not take food back in. She said she could refuse service to me I said are you even in the manager and the manager finally gave me a cold medium Fries and on top of that it was my birthday so yeah never going there again. They have the worse customer service I ever seen.
