Kiosk never prints receipt, if your eating in it takes way to long to get your food. And the staff are so busy trying to keep up they can't even help you much and it takes multiple tries to get something if you need it. They almost ignore the front, and favor the drive through.

The worst McDonald’s in the Des Moines Metro. You never get good fries. They’re either soggy or were pulled out way too early. Missing items here and there. They’re just bad at what they do. It might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I told them they forgot my fries and they said what size I said I’m pretty sure medium because I got the meal which I kept repeating to them and they gave me the small ones and I said I paid for medium ones she said I didn’t say it was a meal I said yes I did like 3 times and she said can you give me back the small fries and i gave them back to her even though i know they’re not take food back in. She said she could refuse service to me I said are you even in the manager and the manager finally gave me a cold medium Fries and on top of that it was my birthday so yeah never going there again. They have the worse customer service I ever seen.

Someone spilled a trail of ketchup on the floor of the played area. Asked the gal bringing out the food if she can ask someone to bring a mop because I didn't want my grandson or any other kids running around to slip on it and fall. Practically got ignored because no one came with a mop.

Went to drive thru around 11:30 am. Went to location on East Euclid close to Hubbell. Restaurant was busy. Went inside. Cashier was slow and wasn't real familiar with app procedures. Wait to get food wasn't to long. The diningroom needed attention. Wasn't clean at all. Food was okay but was hot. It was an okay visit over all.

11/17/24 I'm updating and adding 2 stars because there are two Managers who are enthusiastic and provide good customer service. I've noticed that quality is high on their shifts, usually at night, even right before closing. I live across the street so McD is dinner at 11:45 when I get home from work. If I stop in during the afternoon shift on my way to work 12:30-1pm, then it's hit or miss. If they're working the food is usually hot and everything is accurate. Other times, I have to wait 5 minutes at the counter for a simple drink cup for a mobile order they've had for 10 minutes already. The two good ones are outgoing enthusiastic men who are both black–thanks to them. _
Past 1 star Review: Someone clearly used the same mop to clean the oily floors in the back, in the front lobby. The floors are so slippery in the main part of the restaurant (and bathroom) that it was like I was rollerskating. Restaurants always should have a different mop to use in different areas of the restaurant, specifically for this reason. Employees wear no slip shoes. Customers do not. Someone better get off their lazy behind and throw down some degreaser and get to scrubbing because if I slip and bust my ass the next time it rains, the franchise owner won't be forgetting my name anymore than their bestie's mom's.

The place is a dump. It's operated by people who don't care. The managers are lazy and don't listen to customer complaints they make excuses.
Able to tell the customers while in the store they have they didn't have any french fries and customers were waiting anywhere from an hour to a half hour to 45 minutes

Waited 15 minutes at curbside and they got my order wrong, wouldn't do a refund unless I drove back 20 minutes with the sandwich.
