Went to drive thru around 11:30 am. Went to location on East Euclid close to Hubbell. Restaurant was busy. Went inside. Cashier was slow and wasn't real familiar with app procedures. Wait to get food wasn't to long. The diningroom needed attention. Wasn't clean at all. Food was okay but was hot. It was an okay visit over all.

11/17/24 I'm updating and adding 2 stars because there are two Managers who are enthusiastic and provide good customer service. I've noticed that quality is high on their shifts, usually at night, even right before closing. I live across the street so McD is dinner at 11:45 when I get home from work. If I stop in during the afternoon shift on my way to work 12:30-1pm, then it's hit or miss. If they're working the food is usually hot and everything is accurate....
