A young man named Kenya was working both the drive thru and the register, while also teaching coworkers and running food to the parking lot. My dad and I agreed that he had to be a manager, but upon asking I found out that he was in fact a normal worker. If it weren't for him running things, we probably would have had to wait 10 minutes longer than we had waited for our food. I find the fact that his exceptional efforts are going unnoticed, and you will lose that talent if you do not take the time to accommodate him. This is my bid as a customer to let his efforts be known.

If you're considering patronizing "McDonalds" and are hesitant because of the poor review left by Brandon Sebben, I'd encourage you to overlook this review. Mr. Sebben is a serial negative reviewer, rarely having anything nice to say about anyone or any company.Our company has done business with Mr. Sebben and went out of our way to accommodate him, to no avail. Some people cannot be pleased. And some people should not have access to such consequential rating tools that negatively impact businesses and people's livelihoods.Every business owner who has been impacted by an undeserved negative review left by "Brandon Sebben" should go to his Google profile, search through all of the negative reviews he has given to other businesses, then leave ALL of these businesses a 5 Star Review to compensate for the damage this one-man wrecking ball has done to them.

That McDonald's needs better management. How do you expect children (especially) to learn a station, if they're not properly trained. Yelling never taught anyone anything. Those children need, hands on traing with a patient manager. Not BRANDON on fluer. Raising your voice at children does not get a job done. McDonald's needs to higher better leaders because BRANDON IS NOT IT

I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer for fast food

Do you ever get one of the big sandwiches like a Big Mac and it doesn't feel like it's a sandwich, like all the ingredients are there but they're not married in any way and so they slide off and it's dry and the buns dry. Why is the bun dry at 10:30 in the morning when they just started serving burgers? Why did I have to wait 20 minutes after I arrived for a mobile order to get my food? It's McDonald's I'm not looking for five star experience but the whole sandwich is too dry thing is putting me off McDonald's for a while

If you order fries-plan on almost always having to pull over and wait. Service is the slowest I think of any other McDonalds or faat food place HOWEVER they usually give you everything you ordered and paid for and do not forget items unlike other places do!

So originally I was going to go with three stars, but I really have to go down to one star after eating my four hour old nuggets which could be used as hockey pucks. The only thing good was the fries at least they were fresh if anybody reads these reviews please have your Night manager that just stands around and expedite food maybe help out her crew when it comes to putting fries down and other product so customers don’t have to wait she should be a team player by the way this is a Tuesday night so you should know her name and who it is February 6, 2024

Worst service ever. 15 minute wait time! Drive thru? Finally received my cold Big Mac. What a waste of time and calories. I will never return.

Drive thru always has you pull ahead and park. Don't expect to get a shake after 8 P.M.. Food is typically fresh and good.
