I ordered a sausage mcgriddle, i’ve always just said a sausage mcgriddle and got EVERYTHING on it. i didn’t know i needed to ask for some cheese and egg. we went back in and the said “damn, that sucks”. like would you eat this? just a dry sausage patty on some bread? no. and i also got food poisoning but never spoke up, so this is me speaking up. yall need to get it together cause this is ridiculous. thank you.

I almost always go to this McDonalds on my way to my job since it is convenient. However today I had an experience that made me very frustrated. I did an online order like usual and waited at the first window for about 7 minutes with a line of cars behind me. Not once did the person at the first window open it and tell me to pull forward but rather assumed I didn't want a receipt. Finally after waiting the whole time the guy says "you're a mobile order pull forward' in a quite rude and sarcastic tone. Meanwhile the women operating the second window keeps looking at my car every 20 seconds like a prairie dog and never once signaled me tp pull forward. I don't intend on coming back to that McDonald's and don't recommend you go either. It is astonishing how incapable it is for employees to communicate basic public relations with their customers.

As Mc Donald advertised a change in how the Big Mac is reinvented to give it more of an seasoned taste, I wanted to do a taste and presentation test to see if it lived up to as advertised on TV. Well, in my opinion, the Big Mac was served warm not hot, the condiments, were plentiful, but the Big Mac sauce was hidden at the bottom of the bun nothing on the bun nor middle. The meat had more of a filament taste rather than pure beef. Therefore, more taste testing needs to be done at this franchise, to bring it up to the level of some of the other top hefty burgers in our area.
