Store was so disgusting,filthy worst store ever out of flavors. Employees on there phone very bad service

Place is often out of many flavors and the employees just stare at their phones. My daughter had to ask the same question 4 times before the employee looked up from their phone. This place is not great.

We have never had great service here but we went in tonight and the store was FILTHY, our shoes were literally sticking to the floor and there were 4 flavors of yogurt and 1 of the flavors was out and when I asked about the kid who was standing behind the counter so g nothing told me it was dangerous to refill it or some BS like that. Seriously, go to Black. At in Valley Junction or DQ on Grand. Skip this place at all costs.

Really wish they would update the flavors on the website because I've never seen any of them. And when you click to order it shows 5 random ones. Sticking with original tart is getting boring. But its still good!

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Menchies is delicious but this specific location ALWAYS closes earlier than the time posted on the door and online. It is never busy either and the workers just stand around so doesn’t make much sense. I called and they said they were out of ice cream and toppings but when driving past the window the employees were getting ice cream after closing 30 minutes early…

We love Menchies but this location needs to do a deep cleaning. The chairs, tables and floor were pretty dirty (sticky) when we went in there.

This is one of my favorite places to go in my town and while I was on a trip I came to this location and the yogurt was so good and the service was amazing. My server Khallee was so attentive and helped me so much. I love her she was so sweet. Thank you for all the help!! ❤️❤️????

Recommend the mango flavor, it’s really good. Doesn’t have too many options, but got decent amount of flavors and topping options.

Just spent $7.40 on a cup of yogurt with sprinkles. Three girls are standing around doing nothing. We’ve never been to a Menchies and after a minute a girl told us it was self serve and we pay at the scale. There was only one waffle made and it was on display. The store was filthy and at least two of these girls could have been cleaning. The floors are a mess everywhere and there wasn’t a single clean chair or table. My son and husband love yogurt, but my husband declined to purchase anything because of the uncleanliness, but my son insisted on getting his yogurt. I would think the owner should aware of poor management, won’t ever return.
