We needed a quick meal during a road trip, and this was right off the highway. Quick, tasty, inexpensive - perfect. We had tacos, but they have a large selection of items. A couple of picnic tables outside.

Food is great here! The problem is, they advertise breakfast and refuse to make it! I've went 3 separate times(as soon as they open) and cannot get breakfast!!!

Got a steak burrito for 10 bucks. Should have called it a soggy soup burrito.I Didn't even eat it, nore did I want to take it back. Worst burrito I've ever seen.

I have been going here for several years and I love this place! I got a position at work where I can not get there as often as I would like to now but I can not say enough good things about it. I have tried AL Pastor Tacos all around the DSM Metro and beyond and I am yet to find an AL Pastor taco as good as it is at Mi Lindo. Keep up the good work folks! The owners are very polite and the prices are very within the norm for a Taco Truck in the DSM Metro.
All around pleasant experience with the BEST Mexican food in the Des Moines area!

Went @ 8pm last night, order 9 tacos, they 100percent not fresh,meat was sitting for awhile, anyway....tacos are my absolute favorite, so I bite in and I'm like baby are these steak....rubbery bite, made me instantly nauseated, idk why but worst taco truck I've eaten from by far, so instead of mi linda......I eat mi lindo!!!!!!

Would definitely recommend the tacos... quesadilla was ok, but wasnt great... made a bit differently to most places ingredients wise so wouldnt completely recommend it... but would necessarily say to avoid either... would 100% go back if in area

I had a chicken quesadilla that was soooo bland. Literally had 0 flavor and not even the salsa could save it. The tortilla was barely browned and still soft/soggy.

I stopped to pick up dinner for myself and four of my team members working late tonight. They had the food hot and ready very fast and it was delicious! If you are ever in the area I would definitely recommend!
