Food was dry, mac and cheese was like macaroni noodles with milk and shredded cheese, and the diet coke was just brown flat soda water.... waste of $60

Me and my wife came in to order food and we stopped and looked at the screen on the side wall to decide what we had wanted and I had noticed the older women up front was on the phone with someone so we stood there away from the counter just in case it was an emergency but it went on longer so we decided to go up to the counter and then she had the audacity to tell us customers to hold on because she was on the phone ( her personal phone) even my wife look at me and said such unprofessional then after waiting for 5 minutes she told them she had to go because she had customers so she took are order and we got are drinks and sat down to wait for are order and my wife was watching as she gets back on the phone but this time the other person on the phone was on speaker and everyone could hear them then she goes to drop are food in the bag and told us to have a goodnight witch I appreciate but other then that she was unprofessional she was on her phone way to much it was an older lady with a ponytail

My original review was 3 stars for the employees lack of customer service, But they reached out to me the next day and wanted to make it right and I respect that. The food was great. So I've changed my review to 5 stars!! ??

Ordered the Mac & Cheese and spaghetti. Mac & Cheese was AMAZING. Spaghetti was bland, cold, and tasted old. There weren’t any eating utensils in the bag, the juice and milk I ordered were one size online and in the bag they were much smaller.

Everything about this company on 21 & Ingersoll is just OK... Even the hiring department is messed up..Emmaly hire u one min and won't give u hrs the next..They stopped giving hr to a few people I know & then just fired them for no reason without warning..They say u get tips but emmaly takes the kids tips.. so wrong.. I will be calling corporate cause the way that place is ran is ridiculous...They need a better management team..

The food is pretty good, I never have issues at this location. We always order through the app for pick-up.

I asked about their potion sizes, so I could pick something that'll fill me up for the evening. They pointed out two bowl sizes, and I went with the larger of two options. The food came out quick and was delicious. My issue however is that the amount of pasta that they put in my bowl was roughly half full. They essentially covered the bottom, and left the rest open space. If my order had costed closer to 6 dollars, that may have been reasonable, but the $9.50ish price for such a small amount left me feeling somewhat cheated. Since this is my only time eating here, it's fair to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a coincidence that one time. In short, lovely food, wish they had filled more than half the bowl I paid for.

I ordered From the app and my order was missing 2 items. Tried calling the store directly- no answer. Terrible customer service and a rip off. AVOID this store!

I had a "zuc rst gar crm" with impossible chix. It was fantastic. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and so was the "chicken". What I really wanted was whole grain soba noodles but I went away happy
