Food tastes fine but the service sucked. Ordered delivery and they sent my order without half my meal, I called and the girl answered that yes she was aware they did that bc she was looking at my food that I ordered and wasn’t sent with my delivery. I got a whole whopping $2 back and not the food I ordered. I was told if I drove down there I could get it. What a joke.

I bought a Rice Krispy bar from the location on Merle Hay Rd and had to take it back after opening it up only to discover there was hardly any marshmallow in it at all. So much so that it started falling apart on its own. Very disappointed, I returned it for another one, only to be met with the same issue with that one as well, very little marshmallow added. At almost $5 a bar, come on Noodles & Company get it together. Because there aint no way a company this big should be selling Rice Krispy bars that don't meet the requirements to even be called a Rice Krispy bar. Do better as I'm sure I'm not the only one met with disappointment after opening up one of your Rice Krispy bars! 🤨😔

We ordered off Uber Eats and the portions were so small. The bowls were not even full and hardly any Alfredo sauce on the pasta. Very disappointing and won’t order again. Way to much money for portions the size of side orders and poor quality
