I'm out doordashing at the moment and noodles & company is one of the places that I have to pick up from. I've been waiting for 45 minutes for a order because supposedly they're busy making a catering order I keep seeing new customers go in and come out dissatisfied because they keep telling everybody their order will take at least an hour to make which is not true because I used to work at noodles & company in a different state and I know that's not how things go I feel like my time is being wasted because they don't want to do their job.

Its been a few months but I had a very good experience here& the food is absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend to everybody. And the gentleman that helped with me and my mama, he had red hair and he was pretty tall but I just loved him he is very good at what he does and he definitely made the experience even more better. And the food was magnificent very delicious. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

With one person in line the manager said they were way too busy to waste time on DoorDash orders. It’s butter noodles. You premake the pasta. How much time does this really take? How much effort?

Staff was super nice and food came out quick. Just like every other Noodles restaurant
udon can’t get much worse then this.

any other noodle restaurant is almost guaranteed to be better then this.
Chicken was awful, like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours.
Chicken Parmesan looks like it was a Stouffer’s microwave meal. Should have chosen the mac and cheese.
