Watched an employee sweep without gloves on, grab dirt off the floor, and then finish making my order without washing hands. The employee then denied it even though we saw it happen. Also watched a different employee put her mouth on one of the bowls. Nasty

Me and my 4 yr old daughter were created by Chad an extremely nice man. Who makes you feel like you are at a 5 star restaurant. His manners are bar none. His manners would make a southern woman blush. Gladly will come back with him around.

Tried to order through the app for myself and a coworker, placed the order at 10:50am for delivery at noon, at 12:20pm they cancelled delivery for my order. They didn't cancel and refund my actual order itself, just delivery. The text said to call the store with questions but they didn't answer the phone any of the FIVE TIMES i tried calling. Their phone line HANGS UP ON YOU when you are on hold too long. There's no way to request a cancellation/refund through the app either, so I guess I have to find time to go there and demand a refund like a crazy lady? Not many other options left. This is crap customer service.

In comparison, to the Noodles and Company on Ingersoll, this store was friendly, the food was very very good, I like to order the Fresca, Shrimp , I discovered that my item had some greenery in it. The other store didn't put that in it, The food tasted the same and was very delicious. I had a very good eating experience. The table I sat at was clean, and their condiment area was also clean and organized. You can tell the employees care about their restaurant.

The food was ok but the pesto was loaded with salt it was almost inedible.my BIGGEST complaint was the woman cooking the food. She was berating the poor boy working in the front and the whole restaurant could hear her constantly being hateful. Wouldn’t want to return to hear her screaming.

This place was nasty dirty everything. Including the bathroom. Food was even poor taste . this use to be a favorite place for myself and family. Never again for 20 plus dollars i should have juat thrown it in the money in the trash. That's what happened to all the food went in trash . sad . this is one place i will NOT be suprized when it's gone !!!

Giving the food a 4 because it was still half way decent, but we waited 15 minutes for 2 regular bowls which we got small sized servings in and watched the cook make different noodles in the same thing then wipe it with a dirty rag in between. Also need to mention the fact that the 2 managers (I assume) left one guy to cook while there was still 4 orders on the screen, 2 in the red already to go smoke or whatever they were doing. Probably didn’t wash their hands. Every time I go to this location it’s like they do not care about speed or satisfaction. Someone from corporate needs to be there 24/7 if anything’s gonna change or have a manager that’s actually cares. Take people from Jordan Creek or something if y’all need people.

I like this as an alternative to the usual fast food and sandwich shops. Been a couple of times at this location and seems well run. Well staffed and hot food. Price is typical for this kind of place. Clean
