The food was good , service was horrible called to check on my order and the woman who was extremely rude I asked her if she knew what order I was calling about she said yeah I have caller ID , I asked her to confirm the address and she was so rude and hung up on me

Food was good enough. The employees weren't super friendly by any means. They were there to do a job and that's it. The reason for the 1 star review is because apparently the employees have never heard of gloves. Ew. I don't need other people's hands on my food. If I had known that was going to be the case, I would not have gotten food from there. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible treatment of customers from the "manager". After misunderstanding and unkind words exchanged they refuesed to give us are pizza even after we paid for it.

I probably won’t order from here again.. it’s too bad because it’s really some of the best pizza around but if they’re going to let someone that’s clearly really sick handle the food I’m bringing home to my family, then it’s not worth that to me. It’s a shame.

My biggest problem with Northern lights is that they deliver it fast so it always arrives hot. It also never gives me indigestion so they must use good ingredients. This has made me addicted to their pizzas. In fact writing this review I suddenly want one. And it is 9:30am. Damn you Northern Lights!
