Braelyn was amazing tonight! So kind and thoughtful. Food was taking a bit of time and she let us know right away. The manager on the floor stopped by and asked us how we were doing. Very professional and will be coming back!

The waitress was fantastic!!

This Olive Garden looked the same as the rest but what made it stand out was the staff. We were seated right away and our waitress very knowledgeable about the menu and food. We had the build your own pasta which makes possibilities endless. The creamy mushroom sauce on rigatoni with added Italian sausage was great. We will return again.

This was a very good visit with friends. I think the only thing wrong which was very difficult for me is im handicapped and my rolling walker was unable to get between tables therefore my husband had to move it a little ways while I struggling to get where I could use it again.

Had an old OG gift card and figured it was a good idea to stop in for a wonderful Italian meal and eat for free.
The meal's bookends where chicken gnocchi soup and tiramisu.
That soup was so delicious I don't really recall what that ravioli entree was all about, beyond cheese OD.
Their tiramisu is completely authentic and frankly so enjoyable that I actually forgot all about paying with that gift card 😔.
I've been a quiet fan of OG since the 80s and honestly believe they continue to improve. Looking forward to coming back.

Went back with difference couple 3 months later and the service was terrible. Ordered soup and salad and when the salad bowl was empty, the bowl was taken away and not returned with any more salad. Had asked me what I wanted to drink and said to come back I would think about what I wanted. Andrea H. never asked me again what I wanted, never brought our salad bowl back and never asked if I wanted another bowl of soup. I had to ask if I could get another bowl of soup since it was unlimited. Our table had to keep asking Andrea for bread sticks and more drinks, ect. Was very disappointed on the service and I left a tip on the table, but when the receipt printed out there was a $7.23 tip added to the total, I had approved the amount of $36.14. I did not tip on the machine I was forced to use so Andrea got tipped double for terrible service. With this all being said Olive Garden is not a place to go on SW 14th street. Should be if you are not wanting to use the kiosk you should not be force to use one. Just another way to make older people go else where. Watch your receipt and check your receipt before you leave to make sure there are no extra charges.

Food was really good! I really miss the sundried tomato mushroom ravioli tho! Need that back on the menu. The server 100% best waitress we ever had! Very attentive kept our glasses full and breads sticks coming! If you ever go to this location ask for Morgan you won't regret it!! 💕
