Staff is great! Very friendly and courteous. Food however is subpar to say the least. I believe that the issue is more with corporate than the individual location though. The Orange Chicken is tough, tendon-heavy, tasteless, and usually has one or two rock hard pieces in the chicken (possibly bone or burnt breading). The Orange sauce on the chicken is very good but it overpowers any ability to taste the chicken. The fried rice is good but you get the occasional riceball about the size of a large marble that's tough, rubbery, and has weird texture.Again, I believe this to be an issue with corporate ordering subpar ingredients and the staff is forced to use whatever is sent to them. Again, staff is excellent! Food is not.

their portions are a lot smaller than other panda express restaurants I've visited in the past. they were watching each other to make sure the person getting our order didn't overdo it.

Waited about seven minutes, was acknowledged by a staff member and asked to keep waiting. That staff member proceeded to ask the customer behind me to place their order. I left rather than continue waiting. Lack of respect and customer care is shocking. I like the food at times, but there is cheaper Chinese food with better customer service elsewhere.

So I took out the veggies to show how much steak I received (some of it is mushrooms) and didn't take one bite yet. (and veggie wise it was only 2 broccoli florets and a few peppers and onions) SOOOO much rice and very little steak they also had the nerve to up charge for the steak lol My kids orange chicken was stingy too. My husband ended up scrambling an egg to add to his to supplement it. I know the economy is something to consider right now but other Chinese spots give way more than this. By the way it was 12 bucks for this bowl. Never again.

Place could use a good cleaning. Food was good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My daughter loves this place. An Open/Closed sign would help with the Mall is closed. I had to park, walk and find out it was closed.

I eat here six days a week. I buy one meal platter to-go for lunch at work Monday through Saturday, and the food is always good and never gets old. Fast service, decent prices, and if you fill out the survey on the back of the receipt, you get a free entree with the purchase of each meal.

The worst Chinese food I have EVER eaten. The food was hard lime it's been sitting for awhile and egg rolls horrible foul smell to them. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Three employees for lunch rush. Maybe 1/3 of entrée pans prepared, the rest empty. Sign on the counter helpfully explains they have no forks or chopsticks. 3 drinks out.The new Covid normal I guess.

Ordered delivery by door dash, great delivery service. Food was totally opposite. Egg rolls soggy and mushy, no flavor. I ordered the big plate with teriyaki chicken ( only had 4 pcs of meat) green bean chicken ( very flat on flavor) honey sesame chicken ( the best on flavor) and greens. I like the cabbage but not the kale , very bitter taste. Definitely not worth the price. Definitely not ordering from here again as in. Bad choice.

Wow...this place needs help! They were out of almost everything when we came at 5:30, but I don't want to go out somewhere else. I needed a receipt for my food and it took them almost 20 minutes to get me one. Then I get my fountain drink and the only have a pile of open straws with no wrappers...while COVID is still on.

I asked if they could murder the panda in front of me and they did! It tasted great but I’d recommend on using 2 pandas next time!

Its good really good .. Just don't go around closing time or else you wont have much of a selection.

"Closed until further notice." I have no idea how long it has been up or how long it will be up. I saw no indication online that it was closed until I walked up to the door. 8/26/21

It's so sad the lack of people wanting to work. This place had TWO people running everything. There was no way they could keep up. It did appear they were trying hard! They didn't have several entrees or any vegetables. I was in 'fast food' mode meaning I didn't have much time so that was an issue, even though the staff was working hard.I will keep going because I love the Kung Pao chicken. Just need to NOT be in a hurry.
