Ordered a whole sandwich, only received half.

2 large coffees, one black, one with cream (don’t have cream, settled for 2%), a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese and an everything bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese. 15 minutes later……2 coffees both with milk, both bagels sliced and toasted, no cream cheese. Waited at the window for another couple minutes but she never came back so we left. Don’t waste your time.

I have had the new walnut and cranberry chicken salad half sandwich for the second time.
The salad was pretty dry and was just a blob on the sandwich and not spread out on the bread. It was lettuce with the blob on it. The taste was fine and the soup was great.

My sever year old makes a better grilled cheese sandwich. He's also a special needs boy.

Panera bread was pretty terrible the soup was worse than soup out if a can, and the sandwiches are decent but way expensive for very small portions. Its just really not worth it to me to ever go back, the sad thing is panera 20 years ago had some pretty high quality food but alas it has fallen victim to the current trend of raise prices, cut quality, and cut portions given.

In drive through close to 30 min then pull up realize they forgot my kids cookies so I call them they say to come in and i explain that I have 3 small kids in the car don’t want to get them all out in the rain and ask if they can bring it out she said her manager can and he comes up no smile and rudely holds them out and says there you go and as Im still talking he turns his back and walks away, that was a horrible experience all I wanted to hear was they were sorry because they were the ones who took so long and forgot part of our order and I was extremely polite the whole time so there was no reason that a manager should be that rude!

Waited in line for at least 30 minutes. Food was cold when I got it-ordered online thinking it would be quicker. Forgot all my condiments. Asked if my food would still be hot and got “uhh should be”.

Gotta love ordering your favorite salad Green goddess & I always get eggs thinking they'll be fresh 😒 instead they serve the kind of eggs that smell ok, but taste like a sour bathroom 🤢🤢🤢🤮 cmon panera do better 🙄 this is the 3rd time this has happened 😤

Longtime fan, first time reviewer. Question: did y'all mean to put white chocolate frosting instead of normal sugared frosting on the seasonal cookies or was that an accident? Please change it back! 😭

Have you ever had a pastry with ants crawling all over it served to you? Well I have — at this Panera. Staff did not seem surprised and there was barely an apology. Ugh!!

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Long wait, still waiting for over 20 mins for a cup of soup and half a sandwich at 3 pm on a Tuesday when they weren’t even busy. Shift leader Vincent wasn’t friendly either. Very bad attitude. Do better.
