The food is good don't get me wrong but the staff did not seem to care. I placed an order on the app. They gave the dasher wrong meals and when I called them they said they would remake it and have it delivered within 15 minutes, over 30 minutes went by and I called again and they were like oh well it is still sitting here and the worker just asked if I wanted to cancel the order or continue to wait with no care in the world, I was not going to keep waiting and hope eventually I would get the food and hope it still be fresh after been already sitting for over 30 minutes so I canceled the order. Bad part is this is not the first time this has happened. I will probably not order from them again unless I am going to pick up the order myself.

This has got to be the SLOWEST Panera ever. Don't go here if you're in a time crunch.

Editing to add: I placed my order at 12:35, and I'm still in line for drive through at 1:25. Not sure why it takes so long, but I'm sure my soup will be cold.

Editing one more time: soup, lukewarm at best, but the ultimate kicker, the lid wasn't on right, so it spilled everywhere, and leaked into my salad.

The drive-thru at this location is awful! I end up waiting almost 20 minutes every time I go. They have spots available to send people when their food is holding up the line, but they NEVER use them. Not sure if it’s laziness or what. But I’m so sick of waiting ages in the drive thru for a drink

I am a regular at this Panera location. The soups and salads are great, along with the bakery items. The staff is why I keep coming back. Really great crew who go the extra mile to make sure your experience is great. One disappointment is how frequently they run out of food. They run out of baguettes about 50% of the time by 7pm (open til 9). The bakery items sell out early in the day too. Not a fan of their sandwiches bec their meat seems suspect to me, but everything else is fantastic. Prices are a little high for what you get, but overall it’s a solid place to eat and I’ll keep going back!

Went there for lunch, Josh was extremely rude. His skills are very poor when it comes to Customer Service. He yells names through the restaurant fast and unclear. When I asked him If it was my name called, he said “Whatever name I called is there” I then mentioned he said the names really fast and I couldnt understand he then rolled his eyes and said “No i didnt” and walked to the back. He needs to be demoted to Mcdonalds because thats the level of service he provides.

We have been going to this Panera since it opened on the southside and have had nothing but good experiences before 2024.

On multiple occasions food has been forgotten in the drive through or they run out of popular breakfast items 30 minutes after opening.

Very disappointed in the direction this location has been heading the last 4 months. At this rate they might not be around for long if this is their standards.
